  Can't fault this hotel. Great room size. City view was nice. Service good. Pool nice. Breakfast good. Great location. Level 2 takes you straight to great choice of restaurants.

  The hotel is nice and clean. I love my corner room, but too bad there were AC issues, so we had to move to another room. Breakfast was not good. The elevators are super slow! The staff is friendly and professional. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and a shopping mall. Overall, it was a great stay.

  I booked a room and stayed at Tuiblue Hotel. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the room was cleaned well…. I am very satisfied with the receptionists here. They were very helpful and always welcomed guests with a smile. Thank you to UYEN, AU, TRAM , PhAt, HUY and PhoNG, THAnH I will come back.

  I’ve been living at TUI BLUE for about a year. My favorite spot is The Bar by the pool on the 5th-floor Deck Floor. The staff—especially Linh and the rest of the team—are incredibly kind and always have wonderful smiles. I come here almost every day. The location is great too! I love coconut juice and iced café latte, but today I also had orange juice—it was fresh and very tasty. As for food, I enjoy Pad Thai and eat it often. After swimming, I like spending time outside drinking or eating until my shorts dry. In the afternoon, I also work on my laptop here—it’s easy to concentrate, feels good, and I highly recommend it.

  Apartments are quite good, except bathroom: shower cabin is disaster, it's impossible to take shower without flooding everything. Kitchen and bead are good. We had a large balcony with gorgeous view to the sea and islands. There is a good gym in the building. This place is very crowdy. There are about 20 rooms per floor and only 3 elevators, so they always staffed and you spent quite a lot of time waiting therm

  I stayed here for work. The room was spacious and perfectly fine, but the elevator was slow. During peak hours, it was impossible to get on immediately, and you could see the frustrated faces of other guests. Having a bank on the first floor was also convenient.

We recently spent time at the swimming pool and sauna, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.||• The Swimming Pool: The pool area is pristine, well-maintained, and offers a perfect atmosphere for both relaxing and getting a few laps in. The views and the ambiance make it a standout feature of the hotel.|• The Sauna: Clean, modern, and the perfect temperature. It’s a great way to decompress after a day of exploring the city.||What really elevated our experience from good to "top-notch" was the incredible service. We want to give a special shout-out to Phuong.|From the moment we arrived, Phuong went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly well-attended to. It’s rare to find service that feels both highly efficient and genuinely personal, but Phuong delivered exactly that.||Verdict: 10/10. If you’re staying here, do not miss the pool and sauna—and keep an eye out for Phuong if you want the best service in the house!
