  The Ventana is the perfect hotel stay. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very clean, modern feel to it. The room we had was on the 19th floor, so from our balcony, we had amazing views across Nha Trang in all directions. The breakfast had at least 10 different types of fruit. Serving both continental and Asian food. There is also a small gym and pool on the top floor. Great hotel, which feels like a home away from home.

  Good hotel for a relaxing holiday. Loved the top floor with the pool. Very attentive manager. There are small cosmetic flaws, if objectively it is not worth taking off stars for it. Would have liked to have a place in the room to dry things. In general, the price, location, interior of the room are on top. I can safely recommend for tourists without high expectations for 5 *. Went with kids and everyone loved it.

  I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel receptionist. They were not only polite and professional but also extremely helpful throughout my stay. Every request was handled quickly and with great care, and they always made sure I was comfortable. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness created a welcoming atmosphere that made my experience even better. I highly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service.

  I want to say a big thank you to this hotel for the good reception. Very comfortable rooms, not far from the sea, quiet and peaceful. A very tasty breakfast, a large selection of food, everything is always fresh. Very polite staff at the hotel, always ready to help with any question. The reception staff is always helpful, many thanks to the senior manager. Thank you so much for the delicious breakfast and the pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. I would especially like to mention Phuc for its hospitality, delicious breakfasts and cleanliness in the restaurant. I would like to note the large number of fruits at breakfast, I was very surprised. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. All the main places of the city are nearby, the beach is 5 minutes away, but the hotel is quiet, there are no unnecessary sounds. Nearby there is a laundry room, a massage parlor, and many restaurants.

  Great location and clean rooms, but layout varies by room type ​I stayed here for a week in a Family Room (2 Queen beds) and also booked a Superior Room (2 Single beds) for another family traveling with us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor things to note. ​Rooms & Facilities ​Room Layout: The Superior Room was great because it had a proper door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, allowing for privacy when showering or using the restroom at night. However, the Family Room used a glass door for the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for a group. ​Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the soundproofing was quite good. ​22nd Floor Rooftop: The pool isn't huge (about 30m^2), but my kids had a blast. The spa was also functional. There are tables on the 22nd floor, making it a perfect spot to eat takeaway food or get some work done at night. ​Services ​Laundry: There is a laundry service right at the hotel entrance. It costs 50K for 3kg, and you can pick up your clothes either there or at the lobby. Very convenient! ​Breakfast ​Food: You can order a la carte items like fried eggs, omelets, and noodles. There is cereal for kids. While it's a decent breakfast for adults, options for children are a bit limited (my kids stuck to cereal, eggs, and bread). ​Fruit: They served mango, dragon fruit, and lychee. The menu remained mostly the same throughout our 7-day stay. ​Atmosphere: The dining area is somewhat small. During peak hours, it can get crowded, and the staff felt a bit pushy while trying to clear or rearrange tables to accommodate new guests. ​Location ​The location is excellent! There is a famous barbershop nearby that we visited with the kids. It’s also close to many great restaurants and the night market. It’s even close enough to the beach for an early morning jog. ​Summary ​Everything was nearly perfect, except for some guests smoking at the pool area, which was a bit unpleasant. If it weren't for that, it would have been a 100/100 experience!

  Decent hotel, rooms are clean enough, location is great and close enough to the beach. Breakfast offering isnt too big but served fresh and changed frequently with quality ingredients. They even serve mangoes which is rare. Some ppl observed using bare hands to grab food and mgtmnt needs to be strict on this behavior. Gym is very small, enough for 2-3 ppl to use, but has adequate weight and even has smith machine. Handles for the cable needs to be replaced though as they are cracked. No ac but tolerable w fan inside. Swimming pool needs attention, lots of dead skins floating around and even thick white “floaters.” I havent seen a single person rinse off their body before going into the pool…sad. Steam sauna is free and is greatly appreciated.

  We had great stay here in June 2025. Overall the room quite small and not very spacious; I dont like the bathroom - which is small, and the glass door is quite uncomfortable if you sharing room with other people. But I would give 5 stars for the buffet, helpful and friendly staff, great location and great value for the affordable price. Can't ask for more, I would love if they fix the bathroom door.
