  From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every step of the way 🙌✨ They made the entire experience feel effortless and elevated. The breakfast was a standout 🍳🥐—fresh, delicious, and packed with options. Whether you want something light or a full meal to start your day, they’ve got you covered. And the highlight? The Deluxe Ocean View room on the 26th floor 🌊🏙️… absolutely unreal. Waking up to that panoramic view every morning was next-level. Clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. If you’re staying in Nha Trang and want a place that delivers on service, views, and overall experience—this is it. Highly recommend! 🔥 Uyen, NHI, Tram, and Oanh was very nice and helpful

  This is one of our best accommodation . The hotel had access to a private beach where a towel and relaxing beach chair is provided. The rooms were clean and very luxurious. We were provided a welcome drink during check in and a fruit bowl on arrival. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. One of the highlight was the Sumptuous buffet breakfast which included all items ( Vietnamese, continental , oriental and live counters). It is an ideal place for families to relax. The spa offer 50% discount during 12 pm to 4 pm Even though the accommodation is luxurious it is very affordable. If you like to enjoy your holiday like a King, Nha trang is your spot and you need to book with Vesna We will definitely come again ❤️

  We were severely disappointed upon entering our rooms. The hotel’s promotional materials and photographs clearly suggested rooms located very close to the beach with sea views, which directly influenced our decision to book two rooms through Booking.com. Contrary to these representations, the first room had a very small window facing another building, while the second room had a similarly small window facing a white wall at a distance of approximately one meter, no day light at all. Such conditions are entirely inconsistent with the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Furthermore, at check-in we were required to provide a deposit of 500,000 VND or surrender one of our passports, a requirement that was not disclosed during the booking process. While I understand that hotels may have internal policies, the lack of transparency regarding both the severe limitations of the room views and the deposit requirement is unacceptable. Had this information been clearly communicated in advance, I would not have booked this hotel. For this reason, I have just 1 of 5 Star to this hotel. Addendum: After I complained to the hotel manager, he apologized to me and asked how they could make our stay in their hotel more pleasant. I told him that we only had one more night left and it makes no sense to change the room. When we returned in the evening, we found one fruit bowls and a plate of cookies in each room. A very nice gesture! 3 additional stars for that

  The hotel has some strong points, but unfortunately the service and facilities did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and quality. Negative: 1. Upon arrival, the security guard saw us driving in but continued chatting and made us wait. There was no greeting at all. He simply handed us a QR code directing us to drive around to the back for parking. The first impression was extremely unwelcoming. Honestly, we almost decided to leave and book another hotel immediately. 2. The parking area has no roof or shade, so cars are exposed to direct sunlight all day. In addition, the gate is locked, which makes entering and exiting inconvenient. On the second night, I chose to park at Vincom and walk 700 meters instead, just to avoid the hassle. If you are traveling by car, I would strongly advise reconsidering booking this hotel. 3. The bathroom drainage was poor, the toilet was clogged, and the soundproofing in the room was very weak. The hallway carpet also had a strong unpleasant smell that drifted into the room. Housekeeping staff walked past guests without greeting them.

  Not worth the money. If you can stay at the Hyatt Regency the location is better as well as the rooms and amenities I’m sure. We booked the best room the hotel had to offer, but man was it a waste. 1. The phone was fake. It wasn’t connected or had the cords to be connected they literally took two days to fix this problem, but once the phone connected the internet went out so you have to unplug the phone to use the TV. 2. The city view is an abandoned parking lot, you do get an ocean view but the windows are covered in some sort of wrap that is bubbly so the view looks distorted/disgusting. 3. I booked the room in December (arrived in February) and asked them to decorate the room for our anniversary, I even followed up with the request a week prior and a day before arriving, yet they never decorated ( this is a package they literally offer during February because of Valentine’s Day). They compensated us with one free laundry service. 4. The breakfast is a variety of food that sucks (oily, mostly pork or “meat”, and fried foods. They even served potato chips in the vegetarian section…POTATO CHIPS!! 🤣. 5. They are across the street from the beach (not on the beach) and they do offer towels and chairs between 10am-4pm however they only have about 20-25 chairs which go quickly. PSA: BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  The location is pretty good, close to the beach, cafes and massage shops,a bit far from the shopping malls, though.As for the service, well, the front desk person didn't seem too friendly and was talking on the phone when we arrived and had to wait for their attention. Our room was next to the stuff elevator and we heard loud thumps during the day, and especially in the morning. Once the cleaning ladies turned the music on around 7:30 am, which had never happened during my stay in other hotels. The rooms were cleaned on request. Breakfast was abundant and versatile, with a variety of Asian and European dishes. Stable internet connection. Very cold swimming pool.

  Our stay was truly delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and excellent cuisine. The accommodations were wonderfully comfortable, providing a relaxing haven after a day of activities. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of the food served, making every meal a pleasure. The overall experience was highly positive, and we would gladly recommend this establishment. It's a place that certainly lives up to its reputation for providing a superb guest experience.
