  Quick, fast, reasonably priced! They were upfront with costs and fees. Pickup and delivery times were clear and on time. My laundry was picked up at 11:15am and finished by 4pm. Washed dried and folded. They even separated undergarments into a separate bag from my clothes, such a sweet touch. I would definitely recommend and will use their services again when I'm in town next time.

  Found this place on Google Maps and messaged them through WhatsApp at about 1500. At 1515, he was downstairs outside my hotel lobby to pick up two bags of laundry. In about 10 min, he messages me pictures of my clothes totaling 4kg and the cost. My clothes were delivered back to me at the hotel by 2130 same day! Clothes feel clean and smells nice! Awesome laundry service!

  The best service of all of our travels! Dropped laundry off at 4pm, had it back same day at 10pm! Cleaned my dirty dirty dirty trainers after lots of hiking and wet rainy puddles, and made them look brand new- I’m so impressed, thank you so much! All for £3.50 including the trainers.

  I had my clothes washed here several times with satisfaction, and I received them exactly as I wanted. However, after the last wash, my T-shirts shrank. Unfortunately, one bad job can outweigh all the previous good ones. I would recommend being more careful for your other customers.

  ⭐⭐ I found this laundry on Google Maps because it is next to my hotel, Mường Thanh Luxury. I called first to check the pricing and was told it would be 25k per kg. The person asked where I was and I said I was already next door at my hotel. He offered to meet me in the hotel lobby instead of me walking over. My laundry weighed 1.9 kg but I was charged 70k. When I asked why the price did not match the quoted rate, he explained there is a minimum of 2 kg or 50k. Even with that explanation, the total still did not make sense. He then said there is a 20k pickup fee. This was never mentioned during the phone call, and I was already at the lobby and could have easily walked to the shop. It is not a large amount of money, but the pricing felt unclear and not transparent. I later checked their website and it states the minimum for 2 kg is 45k, which is different from what I was told and charged. The detergent didn’t smell very much at all. The service itself was acceptable, but the pricing communication should be transparent. Would also recommend using better detergent.

  Later review, i washed my clothes 2 times since, the perfume ia still there and it smells like vomit. Response to the owner comment: It is the last laundry on the street on the left hand side. We came and washed the same clothes once on 3 feb 2026, once on 4 feb 2026.i picked uo the laundry 10 minutes to 22 on the 4nd of feb if you really want to check. Maybe instead of lying that you checked and you did this and that you should improve your services. First review. Stained most of my white tshirts, 7 out of 10 were stained. Washed the laundry first time they put an ungodly ampunt of perfume on the clothes, send the clothes back to be washed again this time asked for no perfume and my clothes still smell really bad. Paid both times. Would not recommend. Also none of the stains that were already on the clothes came out. It was like they ised no detergent only perfume...

  There were a lot of good reviews, so I decided to try this place. But after the wash, two of my white shirts came back with stains that definitely weren’t there before. I’m sure those marks did not exist before the laundry service.
