  We were already into our 1st week of our holiday in Vietnam and we had lot of dirty clothes, we were lucky to find this laundry service which was very close to our hotel. It was also very cheap, 30k dong for some 3 kgs. We gave it in the morning and the clothes were ready in the evening with neatly folded. They also used some scented laundry powder and the clothes had a good smell. When you are in nha trang use this service

  Quick same day service for us travelers! We had about 6kg of laundry (mixed clothing) and 2 pairs of running shoes to wash and dry which costed $220,000 VND total (about ~$8.50 USD). The staff asked if we wanted our colors & whites separately, we said yes, and had no issues with detergent stains. I was nervous about the other reviews but wanted to give this place a try since we were staying at a nearby hotel & have been in Nha Trang for 1 week already and will be traveling to Thailand for 1 week. We will use this service again when we are in Nha Trang!

  Very quick service. Clothing washed and folded. We choosed this place 2x. Good results.

  We like the people and the price! Cheaper than usual. They also have a store fyi. Only 2 stars because we found blue stains on several shirts and pants. We have washed the clothes earlier for multiple times but they never turn out to be like this. Our pockets were empty too.

  0/10 I went here twice already while staying in Nha Trang. My white tshirt has these yellowish stain on it. I’m truly disappointed at this place. Some of my clothes are ruined. If I would have known, I wouldn’t have come to this place. Don’t go here if you value your clothes because it won’t come back the same. I heard laundry in Asia sucks in general cause due to the water has minerals/type of detergent they use. Even my white under wear has these yellow stain on it. Truly unacceptable. I even lost a few socks too.

  Liars They aren't working 24/7, and I came Especially 1 km by foot to realize that. They told me they will bring my stuff to my hotel only the next day, and when I was about to pay, they told me that the delivery was within an extra fee, which they didn't say before. At that moment I lost my patience completely and called the whole thing off This is a joke and even 1 star is way too much for you Get better

  If not open 24/7 then change the sign. If you advertise certain opening hours, you should actually follow them. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to others. I honestly feel ripped off.

  Went there and told them to put the clean clothes in a new plastic bag and to throw away the bag we left them with. Communicated this like 5 times and even paid 200.000 VND so they do it right. What happened? They wash the clothes, put it in a plastic bag, but are so cheap as to use the smallest plastic bag open so that the clothes actually dont fit and the upper part is open, and then they still put that bag in the old dirty bag!!!! What is the point if washing clothes if you put them in the same dirty bag they came with? After telling them that they should wash the clothes again because we paid so much money and expect a good service, they started a huge discussion and the woman that works there was very rude and made weird gestures with her face. In the end we just left, but lost our money because we had to wash them again. Do not go there!!!! There are several places with better reviews in the surrounding areas.
