  Amazing service and understanding. I dropped off my clothes but misunderstood the pickup time—I thought “9 PM” meant I could pick them up anytime after, not exactly at that time. Unfortunately, my flight was at 6 AM the next morning, which meant I wouldn’t be able to return before they opened. Google Maps showed the shop closing at 11 PM, so we arrived at 10:30 PM, only to find it closed (the sign actually says 10 PM). After communicating with the owner, they kindly agreed to come back and open the shop just so I could retrieve my clothes. When the employee arrived, he mentioned it was a far drive—honestly, that level of service alone deserves more than five stars. On top of that, the laundry was completed the same day, folded neatly, and exactly as advertised. Definitely learn from my mistake, but I truly wanted to show appreciation to the owner and team for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Big bag of laundry, only cost 30,000 VND. 6 underwear, 7 pairs of socks, 9 shirts, 2 pairs of shorts. Convenient, clean, folded, smells good. What more could I ask for.

  The service was quick and efficient. If you only have a small amount of laundry, you may find cheaper options elsewhere. Prices start at 60,000 VND for up to 3 kg.
