  We found Co Tam through Google Maps during our trip. It truly met our expectations, and we were very satisfied with the service. The clothes were neatly folded into cute little bundles 🥰. If you need laundry service while traveling, don’t hesitate to visit “Co Tam” at least once. You’ll receive thoughtful, gentle care, with everything carefully arranged—from each shirt and pair of pants to even the smallest details. The price is also very affordable compared to other places.   Excellent fast and reliable service with pick up and delivery to our hotel. These people are so honest as my wife left 700,000 Dong in her dress and they sent it back in a sealed bag. I highly recommend this laundry when you are in Nha Trang. Thank you my friends

  We have 7 days of clothing for laundry service. We dropped it off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon at exact time as promised. The are clothes were washed, fold and packed professionally, the price is very good. Excellent service ! Very courteous staff. Will come back and use their service when visiting Nha Trang in the future. Thank you very much!

  Very happy! Dropped off two loads of washing (6kg of lights and 6kg of darks), cost us 128k VND (bargain!). All clothes came back washed, dries and folded and smelling divine 😍 Also still in the right shape and size (as I know some may worry about shrinkage). Highly recommend and very friendly staff.

  They washed our white polo shirts together with colored clothes, so now they're gray with green. When we dropped them off, the owner specifically asked if they should be washed separately and got a definite yes as an answer (what else could you expect? – as it turns out, there are other options). Still, owner says this is the best dry cleaner in the area.

  I used Cô Tấm Laundry (17 Phan Chu Trinh) to clean two pairs of jeans. They were returned with clearly visible stains that any standard wash should have addressed. When I raised the issue, there was no accountability, no recheck, and no attempt to resolve the problem. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. A paid laundry service returning visibly dirty clothing reflects a serious lack of quality control and customer care. Returned dirty. No accountability. Unacceptable.

  Unfortunately, I can't recommend. Clothing become smaller after washing... I will add a review after a not very adequate answer of the owner. This is my first time in Nha Trang and the first time I use this laundry service. Reduced ordinary T-shirts that I washed in dozens of laundries. And they don't sort things themselves and require you to sort them yourself... Unfortunately, I change my review for 1 star and very sad I can't give you 0. Why? Because the owner is clearly very inadequate. He does not know when to admit guilt and takes me for another person. Blame the visitor of lying? Well, you can see this is an indicator of your service) I visited your laundry once. I don’t know who you saw on the cameras, but definitely not me, I handed over to you for cleaning T-shirts, sweaters and socks with panties😳

  We've had our laundry here as a couple a week ago, and not only was the laundry hurriedly stacked, but apparently the wash wasn't done properly either as most of the easy stains we had on our shirts were still there. Would not recommend at all.
