  Very good service,( same day if you wish)very good customer service and price. Easy to find and in a nice quiet street with shade. Have used this laundry for a couple of years and has stayed on par.free setup 500 meters away, staff understand English. 👍

  Dropped off 4 kg laundry. Outstanding service. 5 hour turnaround time. Clothes are clean, smell fresh and are neatly folded.

  Very good laundry service. They washed and dried my clothes for a reasonable fee. Also picked up and delivered my laundry right to my hotel. The clothes were clean fresh and folded nicely. 15k per kilo and 20k for round trip pick up and delivery. Staff were friendly and have good communication. They are on WhatsApp too. Highly recommended

  Used this place once, not a great experience. Missing 2 of my T-shirts, and somehow got someone else’s underwear in my bag. I get that mistakes happen, but yeah… not ideal. Hope they fix this.

  Just avoid this place. I brought my clothes and shoes to wash because they also have a shoe cleaning service. My experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve used laundries in many countries. The day I came to pick up my stuff the girl said she had to call the boss so I should wait. I already knew something was wrong. He “took care of” my shoes which were destroyed when I saw them. He said I brought my shoes with something on them so it caused permanent stains during the cleaning procedure. My shoes were pretty clean I just wanted to refresh them. He tried to convince me for 5 minutes that it was my fault and that I brought them like that. I said please stop lying, you used too strong detergent so the color has changed. He was like “maybe I did.” So I asked him what now. He said I don’t have to pay for the service. No, of course I won’t pay, you will pay for my shoes you owe me 1 million. He said that I should prove to him that I bought them for 1 million otherwise he assumed they are fake. I didn’t have the receipt with me. I ended up with ruined shoes and minus 1 million VND and also some of my clothes had permanent stains so even more. His attitude was the worst. I was there alone and I felt like he was trying to make me the stupid one. I really can’t recommend.

  Terrible Place. The women was very rude to me. I couldn’t find my receipt and gave her my name and she wouldn’t give me my clothes back. I went back looked for the receipt for hours luckily I found it. Gave her it and I got my clothes back and it had the name I said written on it. To think if you lose your receipt here you will not get your clothes back be careful when using this place!!!!
