  Amazing laundry service! We called them at very short notice and they sent someone to pick up and drop off our clothes. Within 4h everything was nice and fresh and back in our hands! Great value for money and in total with the delivery fee still so much cheaper than hotel laundry services! We highly recommend Wash and Go!!!

  Ok so came here yesterday as the hotel was charging a silly amount of money for laundry, found this by chance via Google and the reviews. Went in and saw this lovely lady who took our clothes and weigh it, 3kg for 50,000D and 20,000D extra for delivery so pricing was great and fair and agreed beforehand. They delivered it to my hotel within 3 hours and it smelled like I would wash it at home, beautiful perfumed scent of the comfort. This place deserves 10stars for the service and price and is the best laundry I have done since travelling for the last three months (India, Thailand, Vietnam). Thank you Wash and Go.

  I would give a 4.5 🌟 Used this service twice - one time we collected it ourselves and the other we got it delivered. Our washing was done in 6 hours which felt a bit long considering we dropped it off and picked it up - but it was nice smelling and definitely clean. It was folded into a plastic bag, and what you pay is clearly stated in receipts before you hand over everything which is good. There were wrinkles which was disappointing but can’t complain for the price. Delivery was exactly on the dot when she told us. We reccomend

  Very bad communication and process. I came to wash 2 backpacks and asked one of them to be dry cleaned. They told me to call me back to give me a quotation. They did not call me back, so I came by the next day only to find my backpacks have been already washed and they did not dry clean. All the communication was done in Vietnamese and this is not language issue. If you are washing something important, just avoid here.

  I give up. They lost my stuff before and I decided to give them another chance. Same thing lost a brand new sock (just paid 400k for!). They just aren't careful I asked how hard is it to make sure there are two of each as you put it into the bag but no response not even an apology. Plenty of better more careful places.
