  Best bike rental shop in all of asia. Friendliest staff, super helpful and they care about customers, absolutely amazing, and the best price i could find, i would have paid 5 times as much, their family business deserves it. Nothing but great things to say about everyone there. I wish you all the best and can't wait to see you all again. We tried a gas bike to travel outside the city a little. I would love to try the electric versions next time. They really made this such a wonderful experience. It's so nice to be around such happy and kind people. I wish all the staff could have joined us on our holiday.

  I spent a week in Nha Trang and rented a Vinfast electric scooter from Moto4Free and it was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They spoke English. The bikes were wonderful. If battery would get low they swap out for a fully charged one. I travelled a lot and only needed to swap out once. The one staff girl was very sweet and kept giving me candy. Prices were reasonable too. Highly recommend renting from them.

  We rented a Vinfast motorcycle here for a total of 10 days and were very happy with it. Initially we didn’t want it because of the charging uncertainty but they kindly do recharging daily for you if you bring it back, so that worked out ok for us. This was the first time we rented an electric and were concerned about the range. But it ended up being fine as we only did a few trips out of town (north and south of the city) and we made it each time. Having this good experience with the Vinfast we wouldn’t hesitate to rent one again, as long as we had a ready charging option available. I wanted to comment on the professionalism of this rental shop. They were very accommodating when we initially rented the bike and made things very understandable and easy. Later on we did have one problem where they did not have our reservation ready as agreed. However, kudos to the manager who took full responsibility and credited us 1 day for the problem. Mistakes can happen to anyone, and it’s so nice to find a shop that takes responsibility, instead of leaving the customer hanging. This said a lot about their professionalism and dedication to customers. I highly recommend Moto4free for your motorcycle rental needs while in Nha Trang. They are centrally located, have courteous friendly staff, and are efficiently managed by professionals who take their work seriously. You feel confident and comfortable working with them. As a result they provide a superior service that is well worth coming here.

  I rented an electric scooter for a month in Nha Trang — it was a great decision! The scooter was in excellent condition. I explored the whole city from top to bottom — convenient, fast, and no traffic. The rental service was reliable, and everything was arranged quickly and smoothly. Very satisfied, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see the city and stay mobile!

  Super nice and helpful people! When we first arrived they didn’t have any 50cc scooters left but they offered to take our number and whatsapp us if a scooter became available. Around 30 minutes later we got a text but we’d just ordered some lunch, so asked if we could come in half an hour or so, they said that this was no problem at all and held the bike for us. All the admin was pretty easy, you must leave either your passport, a photo of your passport and some ID or a photo of your passport and $200. We left our ID and it was kept safe and returned to us at the end of our rental. They made sure we were aware of all the traffic laws (always good to keep up to date) and even had little videos on how to use all the gadgets on each bike and how to use the safety lock/alarm to prevent the bike being stolen. On return, they even refunded us some money as we didn’t have the bike for more than 4 hours and didn’t do more than 30km. This made the price 100k. We thought this was a pretty nice gesture and very honest of them. Really recommend

  The easiest motorbike rental i've had in southeast asia today.I was in thailand for a month.I've been here in vietnam for a little bit. Very friendly staff, easy pricing, no hidden games. They gave us a motorbike, could only had about five hundred kilometers on it.Bike was fantastic service was fantastic.I would highly recommend this place if you need to rent a motorbike.They also rent electric motorbikes as well.

  We really enjoyed renting our little yellow scooter here. She has taken us on many adventures despite only being 50cc. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the price is very affordable. We definitely recommend renting a scooter here just for the friendliness of the staff and the amazing affordable price.
