  It was a really great car rental experience. A passport photo and a $200 deposit were required. The electric car was very easy to drive. Lee was also very friendly.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner requires an original passport. If you're willing to take on the risk of legal action and a weak negotiating position if something happens, you can take the risk. Keep in mind that he always has bikes available, which is no accident. There are plenty of other rental places with a more friendly approach.
