  Rented a Semi-Automatic bike to drive to Dalat and back. Informed the owner 1 day in advance so he could change the oil and fully check the bike. Fair price, good bike, available for communication

  Rent 2 days last weekend. The owner is very friendly and nice. The bike condition is great and quite new. Very good experience.

  Owner was friendly. Simple process. Only downside is that we had to return the bike at 9 am even tho we rented the bike for the day at 12pm. Good new bike

  Set up a reservation the day before. 2 bikes for 3 days and was quoted a price. Then after we get there he tried to raise the price but after I showed him our messages from the day before he agreed to original price. After we paid and gave him our passport he tells us that we are not allowed to leave the city. We had plans to ride to DaLat that day so then he told us the price is double ?!?!?! We were not impressed but had to get going so we just paid it and left. He also has trackers in his bikes so he knows if you leave the city as he can track you. (Photo attached) He gets 2 stars for the bikes being in decent shape but didn’t like his business practice

  If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this rental service. The management is completely inadequate—they have no idea how to communicate properly and treat customers with zero respect. Their attitude is unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Instead of providing a decent service, they seem more interested in arguing with customers. If you look at the negative reviews, you’ll notice a pattern: the management constantly responds with hostility and excuses instead of addressing real issues. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. Absolutely not recommended.
