  Excellent service - prompt, friendly and efficient. I was able to choose the bike model I had in mind and paid a small surplus to ride it to Dalat and back for the trip of a lifetime. Thoroughly recommended.

  They have motorbikes. But the condition of the bikes aren't great. One didn't have working gauges so you couldn't tell the speed or how much gas was left. A couple of them had poor brakes which tells me that they don't maintain their rentals very well. Provided helmets were pretty nasty smelling. They need to keep those clean. As it is in most places in Vietnam, they provide rentals with the gas tank empty. You immediately need to go to a nearby gas station to fill up.

  The motorbike they gave us had one mirror and a helmet that was missing a buckle. Ridiculous. Don’t rent from here. There are so many better places w newer bikes

  They pickup and deliver the motorbikes to your hotel but that's the only positive thing I have to say. All the motorbikes are in very bad condition. The first one we had, was very old, hundreds of scratches and broken plastic, a broken left hand break and the steering wheel was loose (I could turn the steering wheel by 15 degrees without the wheel doing anything). Felt very unsafe and I had to drive very slowly. Furthermore one of the helmets they initially gave us was missing the clip, which makes the helmet useless. We exchanged the first bike for their "newest" model which was missing a mirror and the engine would randomly turn off, sometimes in the middle of the street. Price for their "newest" model was 170k per day. We got the same model in a much better condition from another vendor for 120k. Altogether if you care at least a little about your safety avoid this shop.
