Amazing stay! Very clean and beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent.

Location was great. Room would be rated higher but cleaning was an issue both in the room and in the hallways. Generally pretty dirty and needed vacuuming. We had the family room on the 26th floor which had stunning views. Check out was annoying when nobody else was checking out (10 am) and I'm told to wait 10 minutes for the room to be checked - can only imagine if there was a line at noon. Overall, with some tightening up on service could be an excellent hotel.

Hotel location is excellent, a steer away from the beach. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every day of our stay. Breakfast caters for both the West and East. Reception staff is very friendly so is the door man. The hotel is a 4 star and reasonably priced

Overall hotel was good. The breakfast on somedays needs improving, it was mostly really cold and i believe some was even from the previous day, there was eggs and sausage. Some days even bacon, but just one plate i think and it was empty really fast. From the room side AC was nice. Pillows need changing, they look 4 years old. Weird sulfuric smell in shower. Pool was kind of murky because of all the sunscreen.

Overall Stay was okay. Some major issues were that hotel did not have beach towels or even swimming pool towels. Needed to use the 2 provided towels in room for all and only option to rent pool/beach towel for 25k vnd. Pool towels in such star hotel is major necessity and basic logic to have but unfortunately this hotel did not have. Food in buffet did not change much throughout the week. Staff in F&B were standing and sleeping and only collecting plates when people left and not when dirty plates pile up which was not acceptable. Major training and improvement needed to be done by hotel Management. Overall would rate it as a 3 star hotel. Nearby Galina Hotel provided pool towels and even sun beds on the beach free of cost for similar room charges category per night and better quality. There are similar hotels with free beach loungers and towels and better service nearby on same street. So managment needs to do major changes in hotel operations and service for guests to retain customers and quality standards.

I booked The Art Nest expecting a comfortable four-star experience, but what we received was an over-priced, low-quality stay marred by dishonesty and shocking filth. This stay was meant to be a relaxing birthday trip, and instead, it has been absolutely horrific.||THE SCATHING FACTS:||SYSTEMIC HYGIENE & MAINTENANCE FAILURES (ROOM 2506): My original room (2504) was uninhabitable—filthy, with black and pink MOLD on the shower door seals and broken furniture. The replacement room (2506) is only marginally better, suffering from pervasive maintenance and cleaning failures:||The shower door is not properly sealed, causing the floor to flood the entire bathroom with every use.||The refrigerator barely cools contents, even on the highest setting.||Found dusty, broken, dirty glasses, in the room.||The bathroom sink stopper is visibly filthy and has plastic debris on it.||The room entry tiles are dirty, and the red sitting chair has a noticeable white stain on the upholstery.||The fan vent in the bathroom is thick with dust and filth.||DANGEROUS FOOD SERVICE SANITATION: The level of sanitation in the breakfast area is genuinely alarming and poses a public health risk:||The coffee station frequently has condensed milk spilled everywhere and left unclean.||The chairs throughout the morning buffet area are filthy and heavily stained.||Most critically, the service area often runs out of tongs or serving utensils, resulting in guests using their bare hands to touch and serve themselves buffet items, creating a massive cross-contamination issue.||FAKE AMENITIES & COST-CUTTING: This hotel is engaged in misleading amenity representation. The bathroom offers cheap, purple liquid bath gel that smells like laundry detergent, and a container labeled "shampoo and conditioner" that is clearly the same cheap soap, confirming pathetic cost-cutting measures that do not belong in a four-star property.||MANAGEMENT DISHONESTY & AVOIDANCE: I sent the General Manager, Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, a calm, professional letter offering a moment of grace to save the guest relationship and provide constructive feedback. She deliberately avoided speaking with me entirely, communicating only via a dismissive email that used gaslighting (falsely claiming staff served refreshments) and corporate deflection. Her documented dishonesty, avoidance, and refusal to engage prove she is an insufferable and incompetent leader who prioritizes scapegoating guests over genuine service recovery.||POOR RATING & LOW VALUE : This hotel demands a cash deposit (competitors like Hyatt accept credit cards) and has removed beach amenities (umbrellas/chairs). The lack of investment, severe hygiene issues, and managerial incompetence make this property equivalent to a budget two-star motel, yet they charge a four-star premium. Do not waste your money here. Stay at the Hyatt or Citadines down the street for a genuine four-star experience.||The local staff, particularly the Concierge Team, are genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive. It is a true shame that such dedicated employees are undermined by insufferable and incompetent leadership (General Manager). Their competence is wasted working for a management team that prioritizes cost-cutting and dishonesty over basic guest comfort and safety.||Note to Future Guests: Given the management's dishonest practices, I will update this review and share excerpts across other public platforms if the hotel attempts retain my cash deposit upon checkout.
