You get what you pay for! We paid 25€ for three people for two nights, so we didn‘t expect too much. The room was nice, pretty spacious & we even had a small balcony. The only issue I had was that there was a clump of red hair under the blanked - probably made it‘s way in there during laundry, but still was pretty gross… The pool water is disgusting, do not book this hotel if you want a nice pool - you‘ll probably get multiple diseases if you swim in there. The rooftop is only good for the view, there‘s nothing up there. The gym consists of two ellipticals and a bike, the treadmill was broken and there‘s no equipment for strength training. The breakfast is okay, there‘s fresh eggs and fresh pho, but also a pretty weird selection of cooked meals & the fruit tasted like onions and meat. So for western people the breakfast is okay, but not breathtaking. Over all, it‘s totally fine for the price, but not amazing.

Nice box standard hotel with breakfast for the price. Solid clean rooms with wifi although not the fastest. Breakfast is more than enough for your needs.

As a 4 stars' hotel my expectation were very high. On the outside the hotel looks very good. The staff was very kind. However, my room didn't corrispond to the photo. The bed height was lower than it was supposed to be. In the bathroom there wasn't the shower curtain, while the other rooms had it. Our sink was cracked and there were ants. The breakfast wasn't that rich. There were more noodles than anything else. All in all, the photos on booking they were probably shooted years ago, because the rooftop and the deck chairs weren't as aspected. So, in my opinion this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars.

There are better places to stay in Nha Trang. Just know that there is no Sky Lounge, Cafe, or Spa (they dont exist). The pool (and gym, they share the same door) are closed most of the time and the one time I saw them open Im not sure I would swim in it. The gym is disappointing... just 3 old machines. You're better off going for a jog at the beach. Breakfast was just okay. The room was fine but I question the turn-over cleanliness as I found hair and an old eyelash stuck on the counter. 🤢 Im not sure hotels here in Vietnam really clean between uses. The bathtub shower with no curtain is also strange and entirely defeats the purpose as water still gets everywhere when you shower. Also the giant window between the bathroom and bedroom was very odd... Better places to stay for sure.

Great location but shocking accommodation. Service was terrible everything we asked for like towels ice or toilet paper seemed like a bother. Rooms were small and filthy. The "rooftop bar" looks like its not been open in years. Breakfast buffet was the same sad dishes every day. No room service available even though they said restaurant was open for a la carte lunch and dinner (it was never open). Showers were covered in mold and grime. Complementary toiletries were basically trash. The whole hotel experience was definitely a cat fish (on bookings.com). I booked a total of 4 rooms for our entire group and this was experienced by everyone across the board.

We had booked our hotel almost 18 months before our arrival. The taxi dropped us off on the main road as it could not get access to the hotel due to construction work on a neighbouring building. First impression of the hotel was good, we soon found out that the hotel was predominantly for Chinese and Russian guests. So English was a bit of a problem. We asked for both rooms to have walk in showers, which they duly changed. Rooms were well presented and modern with good wifi. Beds were very hard , but you get that sometimes. Pool area on the rooftop was small but sufficient for us and the staff were keen to serve and polite.|Breakfast the next day was a very bad experience. As we got out of the lift in the dining room a Chinese guy dragged his throat and spat into the bin right next to us, not the hotels fault, but it set the tone. The only food that catered for westerners was cereals (warm milk), eggs and fruit. The juices were not chilled. They had bacon and sausage, which turned out to be Vietnamese pork and cut up frankfurters. We did not attend breakfast the next day and the manager asked my friend why and he explained the above. I would stay there again but bed only. It must be difficult for hotels to cater for nationalities other than Chinese and Russian as it is a very popular place for them. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around to cater for needs. I have given 3 stars as the rooms are good, located pretty central and helpful staff even though English was a problem.

The interior is in poor condition, the faucets are leaking, and the hot water supply is limited. Poor hygiene quality.
