  Hands down prob one of the best hotel with decent pricing in town. Me and my gf stayed here for 2 night with an ocean room that the staff were happily upgraded for us. Super clean room with amazing friendly staff. We checked out on the last day but our bus didn’t leave til 9 pm so they let us leave our luggage there. Even let us go swimming and showered on the 28th/27th floor before our bus. We also had breakfast included , buffet style with a lot of selection. Honestly can’t say how much we loved this hotel and the staff. Thank you for everything that you do and the fantastic professionalism that you have. Will be definitely booking with them again when we are back in Nha Trang. Hope the prices still stay the same :)))

  This hotel made a very positive impression on us. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The rooms were cleaned every day, and we had no complaints at all. The receptionist Mr. Huy was professional and performed their duties very well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

  For me everything was really great: food, service, location. Hotel has its private beach, which is cool, I feel better about my bag. Food was good, swimming pool clean, at night I heard a sea sounds. Location - 15 mins walking from the city center, which is cool. In the city center it’s impossible to live, very loud. Near you can find lots of shops, laundry. I lived it. I want to thank Ms Jenny, who helped me a lot with room service and explained how to go to the beach, her explanation was detailed and she gave me some tips how to cross the road safely. She helped me also with some recommendations what to visit. That was nice. Thanks a lot for everything! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Buffet is very big and varied . Fruits , cold cuts, noodles. Stews, breads , coffee, tea, cakes, chocolate sauce, yogourt, salads , condiments. Tomatoes, egg station, more than you need. Excellent location. Close to restaurants . Walking distance to centre along the beach walkway. Excellent size, lighting, and quality of room 1501 . Good view of the ocean. Nice and helpfull cleaning staff, buffet staff , reception staff , doormen. For this price. It is a gem. I don't want to praise too much because I don't want the price to go up. The pool was cold but great. A good gym room too. Great 30 days, thank you

  The hotel has a good price for value, it’s big and busy, also the location is very busy, noisy and full of tourists (mostly Russians). The good news is that it is located across the street from the park and beach. The higher the floor at the hotel, the better if you like it less noisy. The partly sea view was nice, also the little balcony to get a sea breeze. My room was spacious and on the 23rd floor. Staff at reception/front desk was at all times extremely helpful and friendly. ❤️ The breakfast buffet is big but I didn’t find it very appealing or „made with love“ - especially as a vegetarian I found it not very attractive. I liked the freshly made omelettes and fruits though. The rooftop with the pool is unfortunately a very uninviting area but the view is nice.

  Do Not Book this Hotel Stay Somewhete Else.. so glad I only booked one night.. The Front of this Hotel has no direct street access my Grab driver dropped me at a Dead end alleyway.. then I had to find correct alley so if you have a lot of luggage don’t stay here.. unless u wanna be dragging your luggage to the hotel.. Booked an Executive King Room But was Given Two Single Beds Pushed Together.. so you end up sleeping on the crease of the two beds.. spent Thirty minutes and had to get staff to help me turn off lights cause I couldn’t find light switch , so I could sleep (light switches hidden behind the pillows of the two single beds). Booked a room with early check in and out to arrive and be told that is up to there discretion and check in is 2pm but maybe not available til 2.30pm.. told them I was happy to wait for a king sized room and they gave a bed of 2 single beds pushed together.. No Room Upgrade as Booked couldn’t even provide room as booked.. Cause they are so incompetent I decided to confirm check out time and was told 12 pm but could be extended to 1pm even though I had booked a late check out..as u can see in photo.. was spoken to like she was doing me a favour.. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve had anywhere most hot food was cold even when freshly put out.. Food warmers are to keep food at an already heated temperature not to put food straight from the fridge In them and hope that it heats up..is a Great way to give people Food Poisoning see attached Food temperature safety chart. Even the Pho was not very good all the noodles broken up like a kids chicken noodle soup.. Staff looked poorly at me when I gave them back a plate of cold food that should have been hot not fridge temperature. Don’t know why they think I would want fridge cold Bacon and Cold Fish. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where you get access to the staff lift as a hotel guest nothing like getting in a lift and pressing buttons and nothing happens for you to figure out like I’m sure many guests have that you are in a staff only lift.. Concierge this is how lifts works if the lift stops at a floor it means somebody wants to get on the lift especially when they can be seen when the door opens.. so do not press the close door >< button until the person is in the lift otherwise u slam that person in the lift doors 🤪.. This is the kind of nonsense I have dealt with in One Nights Stay.. The Gym/ Fitness centre has one functional treadmill for the whole hotel.. Two broken exercise bikes one u can’t adjust the seat and the other stop/start button is completely missing.. Do not Offer what U Cannot Provide.. nothing like paying for product or service to be scammed and ripped off.. and not be given what you have paid for..

  I booked Emerald bay room for 3 days just to have a look on room & quality, but o was so impressed that I stayed for 7 more days & wanted to stay for 4 more, but the hotel was full. So,what to start with: 1-the room was clean and smelling really great, cleaning everyday, changing the towels & giving water, the cleaning ladies were nice & polite. 2-breakfast-pretty cool. As a European & Jewish I still had plenty of food w/o pork, that was cool. 3-stuff - UNBELIEVABLY friendly! I want to tell a great thank you to Ms Khanh, she helped me a lot to find my massage ball, which I really needed. She was in touch with me for few days to find this ball. 😂 situation is funny, but still Ms Khanh was really responsible about it. Thanks her a lot!!! So, in total: I was really happy to stay in Emerald, clean, silent place with good food & great stuff. After Emerald I was in other hotel(Panorama) which was more expensive, but it was mess with cockroaches & mold 🙁 N/A

  Excellent location. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.Bed comfortable. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels, clean sheets.Breakfast varied selection (some dishes changed varieties every morning). Room service very good, and arrived within 20 minutes of ordering.Gym good selection of weights, treadmill, bikes, yoga mats. Fairly quiet and next to the pool (which we didn't use as cold water - i like warmth 😀)Quick check-in and check-out (thanks to Ms Jenny and Ms Vivian). Helped with bags by a young man who's name I didn't note.Definitely stay here again.
