We booked a two-night stay here through Airbnb and our host was Handy. We were definitely not pleased with our stay for the reasons below. - First off, when we first entered the room, it smelt dusty and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were so many ants on the kitchen bench and many stains in the bathroom. The room was also way smaller than the pictures advertised on Airbnb. - The room was poorly-maintained as well since the lamps were crooked and the curtains were broken. - Apparently, this building is really popular with tourists so it’s extremely busy and it takes ages to go up and down every time (considering we were on floor 36th) - At night, the Sky Blu lounge upstairs is really loud, we can hear music banging in our room. - The room is also not soundproof as we can hear footsteps and people’s chat. - Last but not least, when we checked out and wished to store our luggage, the host didn’t communicate clearly. We ended up taking our luggage all the way to level 12 as it is the host’s store room. Really annoying and time-consuming. The only good thing about this place is the prime location as it is close to the beach and the night market as well as all types of shops and restaurants. So all I have to say is just book the place at your own risk. I would definitely not recommend it.

The room was spacious, and the bed was large, clean, and extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view, and the hotel’s location right next to the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the seaside whenever I wanted. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking and added a special touch to the overall experience. I also highly recommend the restaurant on the third floor. The food was delicious, the portions were very generous, and the prices were excellent for the quality and quantity offered. I spent around 500,000 VND on my lunch ( duck salad, meat, desert, cocktail), and it was well worth it.The only downside was the absence of a phone in the room to contact reception. Whenever I needed assistance, I had to go downstairs and speak with the staff in person. As someone who was simply looking to relax by the pool and enjoy the beach rather than spend time sightseeing, I found this hotel to be the perfect choice. The location and amenities were exactly what I was looking for and made for a truly relaxing stay.Overall, I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my visit. I had an amazing time and would gladly stay here again.

The rooms are really nice and beautiful. Although it should be cleaned! The lobby downstairs is a nightmare, I should have cancelled immediately. The elevators, although there are 6, is a nightmare again. Off the 3 days we were here, we went on the second day to the pool, but it closes at 6 pm. We were too late. (Who closes their pool at 6 pm? )The next day we went for one hour, the elevators didn't work and we had to go to level 38 and walk up on the stairs with the other people. When arriving, the beds were full, so many in the pool, and it was just an awfull experience. I booked this place for the pool, but I ended up just staying half an hour. Never again and please don't come here !!!

This is, without question, the worst hotel experience I have had anywhere in Vietnam. The service is appalling. Staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping guests. The only exception was Minh a young fella, who was professional and helpful—everyone else was the exact opposite. The hotel facilities are equally unacceptable. The elevators are slow, unreliable, and clearly not fit for the number of guests. The gym doesn’t open until 8:00am—which is ridiculous for any hotel—and completely useless for anyone who trains early. The pool shuts at 5:00pm sharp, and staff aggressively enforce it. We were actually told to get out immediately, with no courtesy whatsoever.Basic requests took days to be addressed—if they were addressed at all. We asked for extra pillows and waited three days for them to arrive. The TV remote was broken from day one and wasn’t replaced until three days later. This is basic hospitality, and they simply failed at it.The entire place feels poorly managed, disorganised, and indifferent to guests. It’s not just our experience either—multiple other guests we spoke to were just as frustrated, with some even talking about asking for refunds.Quite simply, this hotel should not be operating at the standard it claims. If you have any other option, take it.

On Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing. However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much. Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after. After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The room felt comfortable in a very practical way. It was clean, the bathroom was tidy, and the air conditioner worked well enough to make the space feel pleasant quickly. I also liked that it was easy to step out nearby for food or coffee, which made everything feel more convenient.

Overall, it was a pretty decent stay, but there are definitely some things to be aware of before booking.First, the infinity pool on the 40th floor costs extra to use, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. They do have a smaller pool on the 6th floor along with a gym, but both were very crowded during my stay. The location is good and convenient, but the beach area was very crowded and unfortunately had quite a bit of trash during my visit. The hotel seemed extremely busy all the time. There were so many people everywhere. Check-in and check-out took quite a while, and the elevators were often packed, so getting up and down could take some time too.The biggest issue for me was housekeeping. They started knocking on my door early every morning — around 9 AM, then again at 10 AM, then again at 11 AM. I like to sleep late when I’m on vacation, so being disturbed repeatedly was very frustrating. They even entered my room once, which I wasn’t happy about.Cleanliness could also be improved. The bedsheets didn’t seem very clean, and the towels were quite dirty.I had a city-view room because I arrived late on Friday night and couldn’t get a sea-view room. The room itself was decent enough. The see-through bathroom window was a funny surprise, although it might not be for everyone. The balcony was nice to have, but the chairs were broken, making it difficult to sit outside comfortably. Also, be aware that a 400,000 VND cash deposit is required upon check-in.Despite the issues, it was still a pretty decent stay overall. Just be prepared for the crowds, elevator waits, housekeeping interruptions, and the extra charge if you want to use the infinity pool.

I stayed here for a short visit and found the room more comfortable than I expected. It was clean, easy to settle into, and quiet enough at night to get proper rest. Nothing overly fancy, but it had the basic things I needed and made the stay feel smooth overall.
