  The hotel is across from the beach and well located for amenities and restaurants. We stayed in a suite on the 31st floor ocean side. The view was outstanding. If you are looking for a suite with amenities for cooking or take out for eating in, you best confirm what the suite includes as ours included an extremely limited amount of kitchen ware.

  The hotel makes it very difficult and confusing for customers who park at the hotel, and the employees were not helpful. The employees in the parking slot have the worst service that I have ever had the pleasure to witness. He took 10 minutes to explain that it cost 25k to park overnight to a foreigner, while there was a line of bike and car behind them. One loose brake could lead to many injuries. Understandably not everyone is good at English, but you are working in a travel city and at a hotel by the beach, you can't be that bad in communication. Outrageously horrible. The facilities are slightly outdated but with that price, don't expect much. The elevator took a long time to reach you which is expected for a condotel. The hotel is by the beach and at the center of the city. The location is amazing, the beach is in walking range and has many other attractions nearby. However, if you are looking for good food in Nha Trang, the center of the city is not where you are going to find it.

  Have to wait 15 minutes to check in, then it's demanded you pay for your full stay IN CASH with no prior warning that this was a requirement. Your room cleaned once every 3 days, although I stayed here 5 days and it wasn't cleaned, bedsheets once a week, at least you get daily clean towels. My AC broke during my visit and I was expected to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed. I asked if I could borrow a fan or any sort of AC unit for the night, and they couldn't do that. The next day it was fixed in 10 minutes, didn't need any parts or any other tools to fix than a flashlight and a screwdriver. This has been BY FAR the worst customer service I've had in Vietnam, so if you stay here, please believe me when I say there's so much better customer service out there.

  Room is full of smell of sewer. It so strong that cant stand it. Room is old and moldy. No one help you with the luggage or have the luggage transport cart. Also it complicated to use the elevator Not recommended Reply to the owner: Seem like all bad reviews you dont admit by saying we review wrong location. Do you have luggage transport cart? When i asked front desk they said they dont have it because of the OWNER of the room dont have it which is not right.Can you track all the customers including their family member? The moment of check in is already chaotic. It not a hotel guys it like time share thing room and not worth it .The require deposit for key room 200000 vnd which i find it ridiculous. Is it right? It would be better if you try to improve it not calling customer is a liar. Also included picture booking under. It is RIS

  Upon checkout they tried to scam my deposit from me by showing me a picture of a stain on the pillow that was already there on my check in. The stain was so insignificantly small I decided to ignore it when I checked in, so you can imagine my surprise that they wanted to fine me 200k for it. After arguing for 20 minutes they eventually refunded my deposit. Check in process ridiculously slow and extremely busy everyday. Staff are unfriendly. However, the room overall isn't bad, but doesn't have a safety deposit box, which is quite concerning. Would only recommend if you can't find better options.

  Not recommend that hotel at all. 1. You have to wait around 10 minutes to get your floor. Elevator works very slowly… 2. Service is terrible. I left my keys in my room, because I was charging my drone , and also I put light on “no bothering” , so that was in morning time , but housekeeping got in my room , ignoring sign and cleaned up my room , and took keys to downstairs and left in reception. All that things are happening on the first day , so we arrived in the morning, for early morning they did charge us 300 000 vtd ( it’s ok, no problem) , but same day in 2 hours housekeeping got in my room, for what??? I don’t understand!!! We got room few hours ago, why you get in to clean ? ? ? Room was clean! Manager So… better choose another hotel … here is service very poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 PS: I killed 2 cockroaches 🪳 in my room…

  This supposed 5-star hotel was an absolute disaster. Beyond the superficial charm of the room's view, the experience was infuriating. No welcome, self-service for luggage, and reception staff so unhelpful, they might as well not be there. They couldn't be bothered to explain even the basics, like using the room card to use the elevators, even worse, pointing us to the directions of them. Room cleaning was a joke, with no water or toilet paper. The spa staff acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. The noise? It wasn't just a weekend issue; even on a Monday, parties raged until the middle of the night (the video provided was on a Monday night, 7 floors down from the rooftop). And to add insult to injury, the reception refused to provide a receipt after we paid for the rooms. This so-called 5-star hotel was a showcase of blatant inhospitality and utter incompetence.
