  일반 호텔이 아니므로 리셉션 및 부대시설은 없습니다. 체크인 당일 오전에는 직원에게 카톡으로 체크인 관련 안내 메시지를 받았고, 체크인 시간에 맞춰 숙소 1층 엘리베이터 앞에서 직원을 만나 방으로 안내받았습니다. 애초에 0.5박용으로 예약했기에 숙소에 대한 불편함은 없었습니다. 롯데마트와 같은 건물이라 여행 마지막날 롯데마트에서 쇼핑 후 짐 정리하기도 편하고, 공항버스 정류장도 멀지 않아서 마지막 날 0.5박으로 이용하기에 괜찮은 곳입니다. 다만, 샤워실 배수가 잘 되지 않은 점, 베란다 천장에 설치된 실외기에 배관이 없어 베란다 출입문에 물이 떨어지는 점은 개선되어야 한다고 생각합니다.

  It is our first time to Nha Trang and we were impressed with everything, nice seaview room with kitchen and washing machine, friendly staff, shopping mall inside the building and just few steps to beach,... so relaxing.

  mình ở đây 3n2đ và có nhận xét sau ưu điểm -ngay trung tâm tp . dễ tìm dễ book grap - phòng lớn thoáng mát. - đầy đủ tiện nghi. - có người dọn phòng hàng ngày. - dưới nhà là mall gold coast và lotte mart nhược điểm - ra biển hơi xa. - trang thiết bị bắt đầu xuống cấp. - tốn chi phí gởi xe mắc công chạy lên xuống hầm 30k/ lần ra vào hầm 150k/đêm . ace nào đi oto nên cân nhắc. - thang máy đông chờ lâu . - giá thuê cao so với ks mà lại có ăn sáng. - muốn sd hồ bơi phải trả thêm tiền. nếu đc chọn tôi vẫn thích ở ks hơn căn hộ.

Welcome & Check-in: -10/10 ✔️ Contact before arrival via the booking site and WhatsApp ❌ No information provided about the exact location of the apartment despite announcing an arrival before 2 PM ❌ Misleading entrance: Google photos suggest access is through the shopping center, whereas you have to go through a side entrance used by delivery drivers ❌ No response for nearly two hours after arrival ❌ Intrusion into the apartment without authorization or apology; normalized and unacceptable behavior ❌ Arrived before 9 AM, ringing the doorbell about ten times without warning (despite an open dispute with the booking site) 🧹 2. Overall Cleanliness: 3/10 ✔️ The apartment seems generally clean at first glance ❌ Persistent unpleasant odor ❌ Presence of ants in the apartment (No food allowed) ❌ Dirty and worn sponges ❌ Very dirty shower mat 🛏️ 3. Misleading advertising, poor comfort, questionable hygiene, and disrespect for the customer make this place strongly discouraged, regardless of the length of stay or price.
