  I recently stayed at X.O Apartment, and I cannot praise the staff enough, especially Victor Nguyễn. Even during his off-hours, Victor went above and beyond to assist us with purchasing plane tickets when airline staff were unhelpful. Despite a system error, we were promptly checked in and received exceptional service that sets a new standard for hospitality. The staff's problem-solving skills and friendliness were remarkable. The impeccably clean rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware, coffee, a hairdryer, towels, and hangers. The unexpected bonus was the washing machine, which came in handy. Not only do I highly recommend this hotel, but we also changed our reservation to extend our stay. Thank you, X.O Apartment, for an unforgettable experience!

  This was the best hotel in Vietnam for it's price I've stayed at. The room was super nice, everything brand new, very clean and pretty. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful. I accidentally forgot my passport there when I was leaving the hotel in big rush. He got me a driver that brought my passport to the airport super quick and I was thanks to him able to continue my trip. He was so nice and apologizing the whole time, even though it was all my fault. If I ever come back to Nha Trang, I'll definitely stay here again.

  Stayed here for 3 weeks , great experience, friendly staff, excellent location. The reason I didn't give 5 stars for the was it's not a 5 star hotel, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, bathroom functioned as it should. No frills, excellent value, I'd recommend it to anyone.

  Overall, a decent stay with excellent service, but some room for improvement. The hotel had several positive aspects that made the stay comfortable. The 24-hour check-in was very convenient, and the staff was always friendly and ready to help with any request. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and we received I bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. The room had a TV, fast Wi-Fi, and essential toiletries like hand soap, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. There was always hot water available. When I pointed out the stained bed sheets and towels with holes—which also had an unpleasant smell—the staff acted quickly and replaced them without hesitation. I appreciated their prompt response and professionalism. On the downside, the towels and bed sheets initially provided were not in good condition, with noticeable stains and odors. The room had no air circulation and no natural light, which made it feel a bit stuffy. The small window wasn't enough to let air in, and unfortunately, the outside grate was covered in trash. External noise was also an issue, making it difficult to sleep at times. Overall, the service and cleanliness were excellent, but the room conditions—especially air circulation and linens—could be improved.

Reception & Check-in: -3/10 ✔️ Available on Zalo and quick responses ✔️ Agreement to provide a fan ✔️ Assigned a higher floor ❌ Request for a higher floor and a room away from the elevators only possible via an "upgrade" ❌ Upgrade offered in exchange for a review on the booking site (unacceptable practice) ❌ The assigned accommodation matched the photos on the booking site: no real upgrade "upgrade" in exchange for a review ❌ Room entered without authorization before 12 PM on the day of departure by the cleaning staff 🧹 2.   We stayed in the Xo Hotel & Apartments for more than two weeks. Our intention was to stay there only for two nights but we loved the apartment and the service and spend another 14 days in there. Our room was quite big and lovely. All the facilities are brand new. ||Every day we got a bottle of water per each, fresh towels and all we needed (shower gel, shampoo etc.). On the woman’s day they brought us two roses in separate vases. ||We had a washing machine in our apartment and it worked perfectly okay and we ended up using it every second day after busy days of sight seeing.||The location is quite near to the beach so you can walk quickly to the beach. Around the hotel you can find everything you need cafes, bars, market, fruits market, jewellery shops (for changing money), bike rent, massage saloons. ||||Our special thanks go to the staff. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Anything we asked for we got. ||||Thank you the main receptionist for all informations and patients, thanks to the receptionist for managing our shuttle service to Ho Chi Minh, thanks to the receptionist for plenty reparations of our safe and willingness to help us, thanks to the night receptionist for parking our bike, thanks to the caretaker for fixing our safe, for sitting in the lobby with us during waiting for the shuttle and for friendly and bringing us to the shuttle. The way you all did all this things was very touching for us.||||Thank you Xo Hotel & Apartment for the amazing stay. We would definitely return .

  Our initial checkin was for 14 nights and we enjoyed it so much we extended another three nights. The apartment was very nice with full amenities and conveniences. We enjoyed cooking most meals. The entire staff are very friendly and attentive. We sat in the lobby to play cards and each time they brought us bottled waters. They also delivered a vase with a beautiful red rose for Women’s Day and on another occasion delivered fruit to our apartment. They did a great job cleaning our room every day or as requested. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach and Tran Phu Street. We will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it.
