  Yes, the spa does offer some sort of gift when you give a positive review (I got plantain chips), but I can say unequivocally one of the best massages I’ve received in Vietnam and possibly anywhere in the world, especially for the price. I paid $25 for a 90 minute massage. Half way into I was thinking about the possibility of fitting in another massage the next day. I had the second choice which is a massage with Tiger Balm. Went back and had aroma which was good as well.

  It was awesome, my therapist # 79 was great. I wanted a more relaxed experience and she really did it! I asked for soft pressure and she did !

  The best spa experience in our two weeks holiday in Saigon, Phu Quoc and Nha Trang. Chose #7 with hot herb ball. Feeling relaxed and refreshed.

  Wonderful experience. I was treated like an emperor from the moment I arrived. The massage was relaxing but strong exactly as I asked. The hot stones warmed the body deeply, and the oils smelled amazing. A truly luxurious experience — highly recommended.

  Fabulous experience here. We had an early check out from our hotel and time to spend before a night bus so checked out the grand spa for some relaxation. On arrival we were given ice tea and snacks while browsing the menu The massage itself was very relaxing and the perfect amount of pressure for what I requested. It was my first time doing a hot stone massage so wasn't sure what to expect but was very happy with the process. The staff was very professional and kind

  The place is well organized and nicely arranged. It is more expensive than other places, but the interior is nice and it’s quite clean. We were asked which areas we wanted them to focus on, and in our case, they paid more attention to those requests. The ladies who gave us the massage were friendly, professional, and very skilled. After the massage, we were offered a complimentary service (deser and tea) which was delicious. We could also choose the oil we wanted to use, which was a nice touch, as it allowed us to enjoy our preferred aroma. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Quite pricey compared to other places we visited.

  Warning: Scam spa with terrible service and racial discrimination. I booked an afternoon spa appointment and arrived on time. They refused to refund my deposit just because I didn’t bring the receipt. I went home to get the receipt and came back again, only to be told that my massage time was changed from 90 minutes to 60 minutes without any notice. On the first day, the staff only rushed me to pay the deposit and didn’t explain any rules. The next day, their attitude changed completely. Worst of all, the Chinese-speaking salesperson was extremely discriminatory against Chinese people. Strongly NOT recommended.
