  I made a reservation at J Spa through KakaoTalk and received the happy hour discount. I chose the 60-minute aroma course, which included a warm foot massage, followed by treatment on the forehead, shoulders, feet, back, and arms — a full-body massage with aromatic oils. The hour flew by in no time. Highly recommend one massage a day!

  During our 5-day, 4-night trip staying in downtown Nha Trang and the Cam Ranh area, we got full-body massages at least once a day, and J SPA was hands down the absolute best! The receptionists were incredibly welcoming, and the massage therapists were so kind and professional. They gave us a discount coupon for a return visit, but since we wanted to experience various other spas, we only visited once. However, on our next trip to Nha Trang, we are definitely coming back only to this place!

  Service was excellent from beginning to the end. Staff were kind; they started with a survey to check specific needs, and kept checking on me if the massage hurts in any way. The room was clean, masseuse was professional and kind, and the massage program itself was very nice and rich. 100% would recommend.

  It was a very pleasant place to visit for massage. Clean, comfortable and very good service with welcome drinks. Good relaxing time. I recommend this J Spa. The cost is bit high compare to cheap ones but it is worth paying bit more for better service. They give coupon for restaurants and coffee shops. The connected restaurants also have good food. If I have chance to visit Nha Trang again, I will visit J Spa for 20% discount!

  Been to many spa places, expectations are pretty high especially when these places have ten thousand over reviews at 4.9*. Usually most spas which are highly recognised over google / TripAdvisor, a pre-survey would be conducted to understand the customer massage pressing needs (Hard, Gentle), focus on which areas, what type of scent etc. Overall they did deliver with their almost excellent service. Genuinely for the price point, attention to detail and atmosphere, from a personal opinion, they would deserve a 4.5*. However, the top 5* ratings spa across the world in my opinion would have the “wow” and flawless factors that you wouldn’t be able to mention areas of improvement. For this spa, the masseuse are great, probably an area of improvement would be starting the massage from the back and end the massage with client lying down facing up. The timing of the areas of each massage can be improved as it felt a little rush towards the end. Nevertheless, can go give it a try as these reviews are purely subjective and it definitely would’nt disappoint you.

  A few massage places around have A LOT of review (more than 12k) and a kind of usual 4.9 note… Probably fake reviews except the bad ones! J spa is very expensive by itself and even more if I take the quality in account and compare to the ones in Saïgon (fake 20% discount and mandatory tip with payment BEFORE massage). Anyway, I asked for strong foot massage and had a boring chest and shoulder massage to start with during 20 minutes, something I did not want neither ask for. The whole massage was unpleasant, not relaxing and sometimes closer to torture. A place to avoid at any price.
