  We were lucky to find this place today. They offered us a nice package that includes massage for two adults and one child, steam room and cold sauna. The massage therapists were gentle at the same time strong. The hot stones and herbal hot compresses are the best combination to make the massage even better. This place had just opened so, find your time to visit clean and nice place for a relax.

  We are three sisters from Korea traveling in Nha Trang, and we were so lucky to find this massage shop. After our first visit, we loved it so much that we came back every single day during our 5-day trip! Unlike many other massage places in Southeast Asia, this shop is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with lush green plants that made us feel instantly relaxed and refreshed. The staff were all super kind and professional, and the owner Jenny welcomed us with such genuine warmth and sincerity. Her kindness really made a difference and made us feel at home. If we ever come back to Nha Trang, this will be the first place we visit again. Thank you for the amazing service and unforgettable experience. Highly, highly recommend!

  I’ve been back to SoulSensesSpa a few times now, and the experience continues to impress me every visit. This time I chose the Neck and Shoulder Therapy, and it was exactly what my body needed after long hours of work and stress. Usually, I would only consider booking a female therapist, but the front desk consultant professionally encouraged me to try the therapy massage with Master Chi. I’m so glad I trusted the recommendation because the experience exceeded my expectations. What really elevates the experience is using the sauna facilities before the treatment. The combination of the Himalayan sauna and the cold room makes a huge difference. It helps relax the muscles and prepares the body perfectly before stepping into the massage.. it honestly creates a completely different and deeper therapeutic feeling. Master Chi is highly skilled and truly wowed me. The technique, pressure control, and understanding of tension points were exceptional. Every movement felt intentional and professional, releasing so much tightness in my neck, shoulders, and upper back without feeling overwhelming or uncomfortable. The spa environment itself is clean, elegant, and very peaceful, making it easy to fully relax and disconnect. You can genuinely feel the focus on true wellness and quality care. For this level of therapy massage, it is absolutely beyond well worth the money compared to many other massage places. The quality, skill, and overall experience truly stand out. If you are looking for a spa experience that is highly effective for muscle recovery and relaxation, I highly recommend SoulSensesSpa. I will definitely continue coming back. I love Vietnam

  An amazing massage!! The best we have had in Vietnam, and we've had quite a few. SoulSenses is a bit more pricier than the million other massage parlours, but you pay for what you get, and this is cheap in comparison. Sean and Trouy were both excellent. Highly recommended. A++

  Had an amazing massage here. The staff was incredibly professional, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Very rarely you can meet people in Na-Trang who speak English very well. I was surprised to hear perfect English on the reception. opted for the 90-minute full-body massage, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Highly recommend to try if you need to de-stress. 5 stars!

  This is my honest suggestion: Hands down the best massage I've ever had! The therapists are true professionals. If you're looking for relaxation, this is the place. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

  I came for a hot stone body massage with my husband. We were welcomed by an incredibly kind woman who spoke good English and explained everything to us clearly. We received our spa outfits and were taken to our room by elevator. The room was clean and beautifully set up with a relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist, Chi, was very skilled and respectful. He didn’t need any instructions and managed to release all the tension. The hot stones were perfect, and I highly recommend this place to everyone. We left feeling completely relaxed and well-rested.

  The massage was okay, but nothing special. Considering the price, I expected more for what I received. The treatment took place in a shared room with other guests, and people were talking and laughing throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax. For around 650,000 VND for 90 minutes, I had expected a higher standard of service. The staff was friendly, and the place itself was clean and well maintained. In my opinion, this is more of a relaxing spa massage rather than a therapeutic massage aimed at pain relief. I was looking for a stronger, more physiotherapy-style treatment, which unfortunately I did not receive.
