  We were incredibly fortunate to find this travel agency for our Vietnam trips in November 2025 and again in June 2026. From the very beginning, Maya went above and beyond to make our family’s travels seamless, memorable, and stress-free. Over the course of both trips, Maya helped us plan and book hotels, transportation, and activities across multiple destinations including Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City. Her recommendations were outstanding, and she coordinated reliable car service throughout our travels. Not only did she save us countless hours of planning, but she also saved us hundreds of U.S. dollars on each trip. What truly sets Maya apart is her exceptional level of care and personal attention. When we arrived in Da Nang, she personally picked us up from the airport and welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Throughout our trip, she provided daily reminders for pickups and activities, stayed in constant communication, and was always incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the highlights of our trip was Maya personally taking the time to give us a tour of Hoi An’s Old Quarter. Her local knowledge, stories, and recommendations allowed us to experience the charm, culture, and history of Hoi An in a much more meaningful way than we ever could have on our own. Another example of her thoughtfulness was when I mentioned wanting to try specific tropical fruits and local desserts. Maya took the time to source them herself and brought them to us so we could experience authentic Vietnamese specialties. That level of service is something you simply don’t find elsewhere. We feel extremely fortunate to have met Maya and her team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and genuine dedication made our Vietnam experience absolutely amazing.   We had a wonderful trip to Vietnam! Oanh was always kind, responsive and very helpful. She answered all of our questions quickly and made sure everything went smoothly during our journey. The transfers and tours were well organized, and we always felt that she truly cared about us. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality! I highly recommend Phuc Hung Travel to anyone visiting Vietnam. We hope to come back again one day!

  I had a fantastic experience booking a visa run with this team and highly recommend them. Lina from the Booking office explained everything in detail. I went there like a week before to inform me and I came back a few times and she always was very nice and explained everything. They also exchange money at a good rate. The journey kicked off with a 6 AM in Hoi An. After a quick minivan transfer to Da Nang, we were treated to a complimentary breakfast (egg baguette, coffee, water, and snacks). The real highlight was the upgrade to a luxury 26-seat bus for the main leg—the reclining seats were incredibly comfortable, and cold water was always available at the front. We made bathroom and snack stops roughly every hour and 40 minutes on the way to the Laos border. Once there, the process was seamless; the staff handled all the passport paperwork while we simply waited to head back. Pro-Tips for your trip: - Layer Up: The AC is powerful! Bring a jacket or blanket. - Seat Selection: Sit on the right side of the bus for the best scenic views. - Easy Booking: The office is highly responsive via WhatsApp and sends all details well in advance. - The Ride: While Vietnamese roads can be bumpy, the driver was excellent. Bonus: No loud music, so it was actually peaceful! - Stay Charged: The VIP bus features USB ports at every seat. 100% recommended for a stress-free visa run!   We have booked most of our transfers, tours and programs through this office during our 2 weeks vacation in Vietnam. We received an outstanding service before our trip and during the whole time we spent in this wonderful country. Oanh was extremely helpful and always very responsive. The transfers were very accurate and all the tours were amazing including food tours and boat trips as well. I highly recommend their service!

  I can’t say enough good things about this company. When I lost my passport they helped me to fill out and print all the paperwork I needed for an emergency passport. They also called the US consulate in HCMC to get me an emergency appt.They had to call repeatedly, over several days, to make it happen but they didn’t give up! They also expedited my trip to HCMC, via train, during Tet! They checked with me to make sure that I had no trouble getting on the train and checked in with me again the day of my Passport appt to make sure that I got it. Truly the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had!

  We booked our boat trip to the Cham island and our train tickets to Saigon. It was really well organised and we didn’t have any problems ! And I recommend to book the cabines with 4 beds, it was very confortable. Thanks a lot for the recommandation !

  I had the best New year's Day of my life going to Golden Bridge and will never forget it as long as I live. Lina at the travel agency is extremely helpful and speaks great English. Our guide Tien was friendly, helpful and very patient with a wealth of knowledge, not to mention his photography skills. We actually went on the bridge after lunch so there were less people. Before that we went to a very beautiful place with Buddha statues and incredible marble stones as well as many others. A buffet lunch was included, all you can eat, with way over a hundred dishes plus a free beer as well as various other drinks. We also had our own free time to wander around and climb to the top where there are lots of temples and heavenly views. Golden bridge is phenomenal and this trip has given me memories to treasure forever. The price was extremely good including hotel pickup and drop off, and was nearly half price compared to another tour agent. Thanks for a wonderful day. I highly recommend this agency in Hoi An. Lina communicates promptly via WhatsApp and is very trustworthy.

  Highly recommend. Our tour was to marble mountain and monkey mountain. Our whole group was 4 people in total. Very personalised and good English. Our driver (Van) good English and humorous. Our guide (Junie) extremely friendly and able to answer any questions we had - with precision and understanding with remarkable English speaking skill. Stellar job.
