The airport is quiet, clean, and organized, with a surprisingly modern look and smooth check-in and immigration overall. It has clear signs, functional free Wi‑Fi and charging ports, duty free shops, and even lounges, which make waiting more comfortable. The main drawbacks are that Terminal 2 has very limited ATM access, city bus tickets are cash only, and it’s about 40 minutes from Nha Trang town. Overall, it is one of the better-run airports and a much more pleasant experience than some other airports in Vietnam.

The airport is spacious and adequate for passenger services. However, Terminal 2 has only one ATM, which may occasionally be out of service. A short walk to Terminal 1 offers more options. For early-morning passengers, the facilities and service system still need improvement. In addition, bus tickets to the city can be purchased with cash only.

I recently traveled through Cam Ranh International Airport, and I had a very positive experience. The airport is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The design is spacious, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable atmosphere for travelers. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. Security procedures were well-organized and did not take too much time. The airport has clear signs in both Vietnamese and English, making it easy for international visitors to navigate. There are several cafés, restaurants, and souvenir shops available inside the terminal. Although the airport is not very large, it offers enough services to meet passengers’ basic needs. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the seating areas are quite comfortable.

Quiet, clean and organised airport. A huge difference from the Phu Quoc airport which totally ruined the whole relaxing holiday in Vietnam for me the previous time. Departure through this airport was a breeze, as the airport had clear signs and information on TV screens with map of the airport. The free wifi and charging ports were fully functional and the duty free shopping in the transit area was ample. Not that anyone would buy things from the duty free shops but atleast its well stocked and big enough for one to kill some time and boredom while. The only thing was that there was only 1 counter open at the immigration clearance, but thankfully there wasnt a huge crowd so it was not anxiety inducing lol. Atleast the airport staff here are not as hostile as the fore mentioned airport. There’s 2 lounges inside international departures, Lotus lounge under Vietnam Airlines and another SH Lounge that those credit card lounge access holders may visit.

Arrived here about 10 days ago. One of the better run airports. Immigration was fast even though queue was long for both arrival and departure. Not sure why there is baggage scanning on arrival. Also a little far from Nha Trang town, about 40 mins away by car.

Surprisingly modern looking airport. There were so few flight operating. I was taking scoot and there was no queue for check in. Only 1 counter was opened for immigration and bag checks but at the same time there was barely anyone so it was pretty smooth.

Quiet on weekdays, but extremely busy at weekend. There are lounges and F&B stalls, souvenir shops for gifts choices.
