  HELPED REALLY QUICKLY! Boarder officer's forgot to put a stamp on my passport. I have noticed it accidentally, during trip to Ho Chi Mihn. The day I came back to Nha Trang, I went to immigration department. It was 3:55pm, they close at 4. So officer was ready to help anyway. Btw, he spoke English fluently. I explained my situation and he checked the system and noticed that they have a record of my entry. He said that I need to leave my passport there for a couple days. It was Tuesday afternoon. So today— Thursday morning he reached me to notify that my passport is ready to pick-up. I am very satisfied with their quick services.

  I’m from Russia, I ran wild on my passport to get a free visa for 3 months, they said to wait 2 weeks, after two weeks I came and waited for 3 hours every day, as a result I received an answer tomorrow tomorrow, although they themselves said that in two weeks, they won’t go anywhere they don’t send passports, they put everything in place, although in other cities this is done for exactly 10 days and it says on a piece of paper when I should get a passport, here they say in words! mock people, in the end: I had to fly away but they don’t give my passport and they know about my flight I showed them the ticket I was told to cancel, I lost money for the plane ticket, yesterday I came to them again it was the 15th day from the moment I gave my passport for a free renewal, I was told to buy a new ticket and we will give the passport back today on Friday, I bought and even asked to make a copy, I made and gave it to them yesterday, today I was there all morning I was told maybe tomorrow, but tomorrow I already have to be in Ho Chi Minh City, because after tomorrow the flight, I came there exactly at 7:30 in the morning, I sat there until 10:59 before closing, after they gave me my passport and put a visa for two days, applied for 6.07 put an ex visa from 22.07 to 24.07 (This is a complete violation of the law, it is always given for 15 days) Let me remind you that I applied for a free visa extension for 3 months! Never give your passport to these scammers! They completely violate all rights! So I will not leave it!!!!

  Scammers! Don’t give them your passport! They keep their passports for a very long time without explaining the reasons! There were cases that they detained their passport for 7 months just because they wanted to! They take money for a work visa for 3 months and keep their passport for these 3 months, then they demand pay for another three months of a work visa! Don't give away your passports! Let the right people see it!

  They keep passports more than two months already. People can't go back to own countries. Vietnam looks like a prison. Nobody can help. A lot of corruption. Please don't go this place. Use other for your questions.

  Why can't anyone pay attention to them and punish them severely! They absolutely do not comply with the laws! They are always late for their work! They treat people rudely! Never come to them with your questions! close up without problems and obstacles

  It’s absolutely fraud organisation, holding passports manipulating people for money to private accounts. Better go to Hanoi or HCM immigration. I would never ever give passport to them.

  The employees of this immigration service are a disgrace to the Republic of Vietnam! These employees should be fired in disgrace. They speak rudely and arrogantly. They create humiliating challenges for visitors. They are absolutely not focused on solving problems but rather on making things more difficult. They impose the services of their acquaintances who are translators, even when not asked, and then it turns out you have to pay for it! Every employee sits with an expensive phone, and I think I understand where they get them from. I hope the Vietnamese special services will someday get to this immigration service and all the corrupt individuals will be punished.
