  I had a very positive experience with TLScontact Vietnam. The entire application process was well-organized, efficient, and easy to follow. The staff were professional, polite, and willing to answer all of my questions patiently. They carefully checked my documents and provided clear guidance throughout the appointment. The waiting time was reasonable, and the appointment was handled smoothly and on schedule. The office was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, which made the overall experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the high level of customer service and professionalism.

  Oh my godddnessss, i just used this service , and i would like to say with you guys, it is a really smooth experience. the staff were super helpful and explained everything clearly, so I did not feel lost at all. The process was quite fast, didn’t have to wait long, and the place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!!!

  The whole process was really fast, smooth, and well-organized . The staff were very pleasant and professional throughout. I’ve just submitted my visa application and had a really good experience overall.

  🤯 The center tries its best to add extra service fee to the guests. I have meticulously followed the Campus France process on their website and instructions yet til got error from my application. Compare with VFS, this is way out of my imagination. The funniest that the staff, Desk No. 10, can’t differentiate the Banking Deposit Amount Confirmation and misrepresentation it as Bank account. Then she deliberately unchecked my FUNDS section, when I asked how can a deposit of 19 000 € can’t be considered as funds, she can’t give me a legit answer, putting the applicant at the risk of failing 🤘🏻 Bravo The center is hard to find, it’s on the other side of the Shopping mall, which is the office area. Need personal registration before accessing the building. The receptionist told me that this new policy was from November 2025. I have had 2 business visa from TLS , and this time was the worst, the staff is not helpful at all but just asking for more service fee.
