  As a US citizen, I was very nervous about booking the services for a fast track visa run. I never leave reviews, but felt this may be helpful to people in my type of situation. My visa was set to expire July 11th (11/07/2025), and had never done a run before. I was staying in Nha Trang at the time, and had to make arrangents to get me and my wife, who was unwell at the time, to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to make the run. I contacted Kari after reading the reviews, and was admittedly skeptical. I hate doing anything that is not in person, but Kari was able to give me relief that she had my best interest in mind. Like I said, my wife was unwell and wanted the best accommodations to keep her comfortable. Kari arranged a driver to take us to the station, as well as the train to take us to Ho Chi Minh City with a private cabin to keep us comfortable. Kari then arranged a driver to take us to the Riverside Hotel once we arrived in Ho Chi Minh. That hotel was the nicest one I had ever been in, and I used to live in hotels. That same night and following morning, Longtodabi contacted me about picking me up directly at the hotel to make our run. Again I was skeptical how the whole process would play out, but was reassured when I was able to see pictures of the drivers and what vehicle they would be picking me up in. I opted for the VIP Package because of our situation, and Longtodabi took care of the entire process. I was picked up at 7:00 and we were to the border of Cambodia, Moc Bai, around 10:00. From there , Longtodabi was able to direct us through the process, and did all of the necessary paperwork for entry into Cambodia. Once inside Cambodia, Longtodabi hung out with us while we drank coffee and waited for our 90 day Visa with multiple entry. It only took about 45 minutes for us to recieve our evisa for re-entry into vietnam. Once we arrived back into Vietnam, the driver returned us to the airport in Ho Chi Minh City. From there, Kari had arranged our flight back to Cam Ranh, where a driver was waiting to take us back to Nha Trang. Kari went above and beyond to assure my wife's comfort, and had arranged for us to wait in a lounge where we could have free drinks and food until our flight arrived. That came in handy since our flight got delayed for almost 4 hours. All in all, I would personally like to thank Kari, Longtodabi, and all the drivers for making us feel safe and cared for. I would recommend their service to anybody, and would definitely use their services again. If I were able, I would give 6 stars out of 5. Keep up the good work, and thank you for the experience and amazing people we met along the way.

  Satisfied with my service. Kari did an excellent job of being my visa processed within one night. It was even ready before the time she gave me. She communicated well and got it done.

  My boyfriend, who is Irish applied for a Visa through the official Vietnam website. His Visa did not come through in time for our flight so he was stuck in Bangkok. I boarded the flight and arrived in Vietnam and the next day I came to this Visa service. I explained our situation and they were so helpful, and managed to get his visa through in about four hours so he was able to get on a flight the next day. Clearly the Vietnam Visa website cannot always be trusted to come through ‘within three working days’ so if you are applying for a Visa do it very far in advance, but if you’re in a pickle, use this company to help you out.

  Good morning to all Vietnam Tourists Ho Chi Minh City I had a need to extend my Vietnam Tourist Visa for 90 days Ms Kari Nguyen was a "Total Professional" and walked me through the whole process step by step She also listened carefully to my needs and has a good eye for detail Everything went very smoothly and I would "Highly Recommend" both her and her team "Ten out of Ten" Should I have a need for Ms Kari Nguyen in the future I would certainly use her company and recommend her company in the future Steve Pickett An Australian Tourist

  Excellent service provided to us by the Vietnam visa service centre they are up to the mark and did so well I think everyone need to visit here if they need to go near by for tourism . It was so fast to get my visa in just 10 hours.

  I had a great experience here with Ms. Kari and I would recommend coming here for any visa service you require. I needed to have my e visa fast tracked before the reunification celebration in Vietnam and Ms. Kari was able to get the visa to me in two days. I am very happy with the service and feel that she went above and beyond, definitely worthy of a five star review!

  I found this agent throught my local’s friends! I was having trouble with overstayed issue, I didnt recognize it till I was about to crossed the Cambodia border. I was extremely stressed at that time and I reached VNTG/Visa services center. Ms.Alice is such a super, professional and prompt staff I have known. Everything was sorted out in 30mis.   On the site it says they can help with emergencies and passports below a 6 month validity, which is totally UNTRUE. Waste of time. Also hope you don't run into problems right through their tet, utter fabrications.
