  Very nice yoga studio, I really enjoy coming here. The instructor speaks English and demonstrates all the exercises, so everything is easy to follow. The class lasts one hour, and at the end there is a meditation with singing bowls. I truly love coming here and highly recommend it. Here is actual schedule: * Class 1/ from 7-8h am MON - WED - FRIDAY * Class 2/ from 8h15-9h15 am MON - TUESDAY- WEDNESDAY- THURSDAY - FRIDAY And from 7:30 am to 8:30 am on Saturday * Class 3/ from 5h30- 6h30 pm MON - TUESDAY- WEDNESDAY- THURSDAY - FRIDAY - SATURDAY

  i like this studio . the studio is very spacious, the intructor are very enthusiastic and professional. she is so lovely and take care you . i've had the opportunity to participate in many diferent types of yoga

  Cute yoga studio, very clean and well equipped. The classes are for small groups and very friendly. Anna is amazing. She always goes around helping you to improve the posture. The classes were in Vietnamese, but she mixed it with English to make it easier for me.

  Phòng tập dễ thương lắm nhen, mọi dụng cụ sẵn luôn khỏi mang gì theo Cô giáo dễ thương, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn chỉnh kỹ lưỡng lắm Tập chậm rãi trị liệu nên về rất đã đỡ mỏi lưng và cổ vai gáy luôn

  Phòng tập yoga vị trí ngay trung tâm thành phố rất thuận tiện, không gian sạch sẽ ấm cúng .Giáo viên rất nhiệt tình và hướng dẫn rất kĩ. Là nơi rất đáng để lựa chọn tập luyện.
