Came here twice the food was so delicious. I was craving some pizza as we had been travelling for some time now and yet to find good pizza in Asia! (Which of course makes sense, we were never expecting pizza in Asia!) This place however does a gorgeous pizza by the slice and it’s the perfect amount. The pizza is really thin and crispy, which isn’t always for everyone but they get it just right. The fries are really good as well and my husband got popcorn chicken and wings and said they were delicious! They also make their own hot sauce from beer waste. by far the nicest hot sauce I have ever had. They have a zero waste policy here which I liked, using the beer waste to make other food as well. They do really good craft beers by the flight and a delicious Rosé, again Rose is very hard to come by in Vietnam so I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. There was some really nice live music when we were there the second night which added to the atmosphere, the singer had a beautiful voice! Service is a little bit hit and miss, I think they prefer when you go up to them to ask for your food/to pay etc , but to be honest we didn’t mind given the quality of food and drink! Would really recommend this place if you are a vegetarian Westerner travelling just looking for a little break from rice/noodles and tofu! :)

7 Bridges Brewing Taproom Ninh Binh Great spot with a really cool atmosphere and solid craft beer. The space is beautifully designed—warm wooden interior, patterned tiles, greenery, and a relaxed but lively vibe. It feels both cozy and stylish, especially in the evening. The beer is fresh and well-crafted. I tried a light, hazy-style beer and it was smooth, refreshing, and easy to drink—perfect after a day exploring Ninh Binh. The foam and temperature were spot on. You can tell they care about quality. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the place wasn’t overly touristy despite being popular. Also nice touches with merchandise and the “beer passport” concept across Vietnam. Overall, definitely good value for the experience. If you’re in Ninh Binh and want a quality craft beer in a great setting, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

The beer here is incredibly refreshing, exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. There’s a great selection on tap, and everything we tried was crisp, flavorful, and easy to enjoy. The food was also surprisingly good and paired well with the drinks. The only minor issue was that our orders got mixed up a little during service. Thankfully, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. A great spot to relax, enjoy a cold beer, and spend time with friends.

Wonderful discovery. Striking and pleasant environment. Attentive staff, slow delivery for some dishes but quickly resolved by Mr Khanh. Good quality of food, beer well kept. Throughly recomemded and will come back. Going to explore other branches in Hanoi, Ho Chih Minh and Hoi An.

A must if you are in Ninh Binh. Food is amazing and they have more than 10 Craft Beers that are also amazing. Love the music, a nice blend of late 80's and 90's rock. Service is top tier. We ate here 2 days in a row.

Awesome restaurant with fresh craft beer. The menu features American-style food, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff are very friendly, speak good English, and are happy to help with recommendations. We visited on a Saturday and enjoyed live music, which added a great vibe to the evening. Glad to see 7 Bridges open in Ninh Binh!

We had a great time this evening. Food was good. Quang was amazing and took great care with my sisters allergies and making sure her food was safe. He was very attentive. The place was clean. Live music was great. Thank you Quang!

7 Bridges has a fantastic atmosphere and world-class beer. The Heritage Rice Beer is a must-try! Pros: Amazing service, stylish interior, juicy sausages, and incredible homemade pickles/sauerkraut. The fries were perfectly crisp. Cons: The burger was a bit of a letdown—the meat was lean/dry and the bun lacked flavor. Limited soda options for kids (only ginger soda). Even with the burger mishap, I’d definitely come back for the beers and the overall vibe. Great spot to hang out in Tam Coc!
