  The drinks are great, the staffs were nice, they had a spin and win game promo for next visit, eventho we couldn't visit again due to flight, they still give us 3 shots for free. Great drinking experiences; good drinks, good views, good staffs. Definitely worth a try!

  The best cocktail bar I have been in recent years. We randomly stumble upon it and thankfully so. What more can you ask? Superb cocktails, check, reasonable pricing, check, fantastic rooftop views of the river and the town, check, perfect dark intimate noir ambience with jazz playing, check, amazing staff that look after you as they were your friends, check. We liked it so much we will come back tomorrow! A special shout-out to Sing (hope I am writing that correctly) who went above and beyond and even offered me his last cigarette, a tremendous asset for the business, we think he deserves a raise!

  Such a cool spot in Ninh Binh! FOY cocktail - Bar really surprised me with its amazing drinks – super well mixed and so tasty. Big shoutout to our waiters Hieu and Tuan – not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also very handsome! They did an incredible job. This place is perfect for cocktails and good vibes. Keep it up, definitely be back!

  Enter through the parking garage to the right of the bank and then take the elevator, then another flight of stairs. The drink menu was totally worth it! The cocktail I ordered was properly balanced and unique. The service was exceptional with great views and music.

  Really cool cocktail bar with view over the padogas. Cocktails were really classy and well made! Staff were super nice too!

  Saw the lights to this place while staying across the lake in Ninh Binh, well worth the walk over. The lift is situated in an underground car park ( Don’t be put off) as there is a security guard there.The view across the lake & pagodas is amazing. Cocktails are good and reasonably priced as your in a rooftop bar. They have a Putting mat and a dart board also. Service is friendly & would highly recommend if your looking for a change from the lake front bars…:))

  I really loved this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to chat and unwind. Highly recommended!

  On the top of one of these buildings near the river. The pub is quiet with cool vibe, great view to the Ancient walking street, and such a good place to chill after dinner with friends, or family.
