  Overall experience was good! Their bar snack is the star I would say.. At first I thought it was just normal sherded cuttlefish but I was so wrong that it was cheese with salt! It tasted so good that I finished it all.. Cocktail is good too! Who have think there's such good cocktail bar with good view & atmosphere along Hoa Lu old town!

  THE cocktail bar I always choose whenever I go to Hoa Lu Ancient Quarter. The drinks are named and tailored based on the elements and culture of Ninh Binh, which is a nice touch. Not to mention, they have their seasonal menu available on special occasions. About the atmosphere: upbeat music is played at the beginning and gradually changes into jazzy music in the later hours for those speakeasy vibes.

  I just visited Ume cocktail bar on the off chance when I was walking around. The spicy marg I had was the first in Vietnam & it was amazing! I had a beautiful waiter Nguyen Truong who helped me find amazing things to do locally & I am very grateful. Lovely atmosphere & great drinks. Definitely recommend!

  Nice location, crowded in Hoa Lu old town. Chill space, I chose an outdoor table so it would not be as cool as the cold room. But the view is very beautiful! Music is not really Perfect but also brings a good atmosphere compared to the surrounding shops. Drinking water is delicious and beautiful, the staff thoughtfully asked to see if the taste of the guest or not and they are ready to adjust when guests need it. You are very friendly and enthusiastic Nice shop, chill, high recommoment Everyone should experience when coming to Hoa Lu Old Quarter

  Ume is a cool cocktail bar with indoor and outdoor, balcony seating overlooking beautiful Riverwalk. My only suggestion is to turn the speakers down on the balcony, as we couldn't talk to one another while we were there. We had 1 drink then left. It is a nice place!

  Wonderful! Best cocktail experience in Vietnam so far. Pricy though for a little to less of a drink. But still well done. The view on the terrace makes it worth the money as this really is priceless. Perfect spot!
