  When we first arrived in the city, we walked to eat here. Although the same cannot be said for all other places, the reviews are just as accurate as described and shown in photos. The food is wonderful and the family who owns the shop are beautiful. This place was so great that we ate here three times. Once when we arrived, another time for breakfast, and on our very last day. The hot coconut coffee and the cold matcha with coconut are wonderful. And the omelette and the granola fruit bowl are top notch. Thank you!!!

  Turtle Coffee Shop is a pleasant little spot tucked away in a quiet side street, just a short walk from the lake where the boat tours depart. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it an easy place to relax for a while. The host is friendly and clearly pays attention to the small details, which gives the café a personal touch. They serve European and Vietnamese coffee specialties made with a portafilter machine, and everything I tried was well prepared. There’s also a nice selection of cakes, breakfast options, and small snacks. A nice place to stop by if you’re in the area.

  Located in a small corner, covered by trees and very quiet and was a bit empty when I came, I would never imagine that I could have such a great experience here. In many places they make egg coffee, egg chocolate with "egg powder", which is not real Vietnamese original drink. But here they make it with real fresh egg yolk. If you want to try the true original Vietnam egg coffee/ egg chocolate, this is the place to try! Good and quiet place for a relaxing morning ❤️

  Very clean place with delicious drinks and food. I love that they serve brunch all day. I came back three days in a row. They offer great daily specials, and my favorite was the avocado on toast with eggs & bacon. I also stopped by before catching the bus to Hoi An and grabbed some takeaway sandwiches. The coffee was delicious, and the homemade carrot cake was amazing. If it was back home I would be a regular.

  My favorite place in ninh binh!! The service is so so good and the workers/owners are so kind and welcoming. Their coffee is also AMAZING. I got a salted coffee and it absolutely blew my mind. I went back every single morning to start my day there. Also the ambience was so delightful, cute chairs and plants all around. Highly recommend

  A MUST VISIT! We were staying nearby and came here 3 mornings in a row and the food and coffee was 10/10 each time. What we ordered off the menu: Flat white (finding a flat white in Vietnam is rare, finding a good flat white is even rarer) Salt coffee Carrot cake Eggs & Avocado on Toast (with Sausage and Bacon) French Toast Staff were amazing and very friendly. It was the perfect environment for a nice chill coffee and food. I’m surprised this cafe wasn’t more busy.

  These were the most pleasant and delicious breakfasts in Ninh Binh. The avocado toast and omelette are very good, but always a little different. The carrot cake is always equally amazing. Thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, decent service, and good food.

  The place is truly beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere. It’s quiet, surrounded by a lovely garden, and perfect for relaxing. Slowly sipping coffee here in the morning is a real pleasure. We ordered orange juice, coconut coffee, and banana toast — everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
