  I had an excellent experience here after injuring my elbow as a tourist. From the reception staff assisting me from the beginning to being seen by a doctor straight away, having an xray and an ultrasound of my elbow by radiology, and then having anaesthetic and a clean. Excellent and efficient service. A report being done quickly and all for a very good price. Thank you to doctor Dao van hung, nurse Trinh thi hue, and to the receptionist staff member who assisted me throughout who forgot to give me her name! I would highly recommended.

  The staff were suuuper friendly, spoke good enough english we didnt even have to use translation apps. All the staff were very caring and explained everything to me well. Everything was clean and hygienic and professional. I recieved all the necessary documentation for insurance and it only took 15mins or so in total from when i walked in getting examined and getting my medication and leaving. Would recommend here if you are a foreigner.

  The staff was very helpful when i took my daughter for abdominal pain , lovely staff Bao Ngoc she help us all the process she never left us she was there to translate everything to English she stayed with us during all the test and examination . The staffs were brilliant I Highly recommend this clinic especial for a foreigner.

  The staff here were very efficient and helpful. Very affordable for the high quality service they provided, and provided a receipt so that I can claim through insurance. Would definitely recommend

  We developed flu-like symptoms, went to get it checked and got excellent help. As a foreign tourist, felt completely safe and taken care of. There were some nuances like saying that we’ll need to do an x-ray to check the lungs, but once we politely refused nothing was forced. Did testing very quickly. Highly recommend for travellers & tourists.

  Quiet facility, all the staff were very friendly and really helpful. Didn’t have a whole lot of English but we’re fine on Google translate. My girlfriend had a stomach bug for 2 days, went in looking for an IV drip. Got seen and administered IV in about 90 minutes, no waiting times. Consultation, IV, bloods, ultrasound and medication approximately €25 so good value. Waiting rooms and doctors rooms were a bit dirty as was bedding but cleaner then the general hospital accross the road.

  Excellent service from the nurses that took care of me, they were very gentle and patient since I had an infected wound, I would really recommend this place to foreigners

  I had an excellent, professional and speedy experience at this clinic/hospital, they have one nurse who speaks passable English and is super friendly and helpful, she stayed with me the entire time. They can get all the documents sorted and stamped for travel insurance claims too.
