  Highly recommended. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of travel. The staff is lovely — always kind and willing to help. They assisted me with transfers, and I was also able to rent a motorbike directly at the property for a great price, which made it easy to explore the area. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet on a very quiet street that allows you to rest peacefully. I would definitely stay here again — an excellent experience in every way.

  The minimalist and clean rooms offer a great deal for the price and location. The receptionist is friendly and the housekeeper is efficient. I highly recommend this place.

  Great location, clean fine dorms, good value for money. Lily was very nice and helped us even late at night. Great place for backpackers.

  Beds, rooms are clean and comfortable. (for me hard mastress is not a problem). The staff is nice, just not so welcoming and sometimes rude. I think they have a lot to do because they forget everything. You can rent bicycle and scooter with them and they also do the laundry. Breakfast for the price, I mean it's perfect. As I said just the staff can be rude and depend who is here the toilet /shower can be a bite dirty.

  We used this hostel to book a bus to Hanoi. The bus was at 4.30 at 4.30 we were told it would be 5 minutes. We kept asking and getting told 5/10 minutes, we had explained that we had a dinner reservation in Hanoi and that we didn’t mind booking a private taxi if it meant we made it. The lady at reception was rude and blamed it on us. The bus came an hour late.

  Poor service! The woman was very rude and even insulted me when I accused her of scamming us. We rented bikes, and two of them had to be replaced because the brakes were broken. At the end of the day, she claimed we had lost one of the lock keys, even though we hadn’t used them at all. The key could not have simply fallen off. She then demanded €5 for it, which felt clearly overcharged and like a scam. I tried to explain the situation, but she was impossible to reason with. In the end, we just paid and left because we wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

  Very poor service. The staff was unfriendly and this woman was rude. I will donate it instead. Be careful when renting a bicycle here – better avoid it. Many of the bikes are in poor condition, and the locks require a key, which is easy to lose while riding. Not recommended.

  Location was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly. Amazing stay for travellers
