  Really great hostel and value for money. My partner and I got a private room, very comfortable, good air con. The water systems seemed to be bit unpredictable sometimes but always fixed quickly. The pool area is amazing and has lots of shade throughout the day. Made some great friends here so if you are looking for a good social hostel I would highly recommend. Of course plenty of relaxing areas as well if you need some quiet time

  Loved the atmosphere of the hostel. The staff was very friendly, the dorms were clean and the property is nicely designed and decorated. There is a large terrace, storage space for luggage, a big pool, an outdoor common area with a pool table, a cozy chilling area, yoga mats and a couple of chairs and tables. It invites visitors to hang out with others at night and during the day. Breakfast was included. Also definitely recommend booking the family dinner for ~60k VND! Very delicious, especially considering the price, and a good way to connect with the other travellers. Enjoy ur stay :)

  As soon as we stepped in to the hostel we were greeted by a lovely Maggie who was extremely welcoming and helpful. A very very cute hostel with a great chill vibe close to the Main Street. Free breakfast with tea and cofee was a super bonus. Would highly recommend 🧡 Also hammocks and yoga mats which is always appreciated.

  Great hostel with a very good vibe. It’s clean, comfortable, very affordable, and the free breakfast is a nice bonus. I first planned to stay for just 2 days, but I felt so comfortable that I extended my stay to a full week. I would definitely come back!

  Great place that has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The hosts make you feel at home straight away, the prices are unbeatable which is even surprising considering the quality of what you're paying for. Clean, well furnished, good food, amazing staff, hot showers, bar, chill area, swimming pool, good music, and I could go on. I'll 100% be back as I already have. Come say hello to Lan, JC and Zsofi you won't regret it ✌🏼

  Staff were helpful though unfortunately rooms weren’t that clean with dusty floor, stained duvet with no clean bed sheet and leaking aircon which flooded our floor on the last night. It’s worth mentioning, Besides the hygiene the pool and bar area where really nice to relax and socialise.

  This is a unique hostel, that had so much potential, yet by lack of leadership, structure and proper management it dosen't fully live up to its true potential or reputation. I only stayed a week due to reasons beyond me I was kicked out. Rooms lack maintenance, there is even leaks of water during storms that last for days and even though it was brought to attention, nothing was done. Humidity os normal, but sometimes times It can be even hard to breathe for so much Humidity in the rooms. Beds are big and comfortable, and the pool is one of the biggest in tam coc, but the other aspects if fixed, would be a total game changer. Ps: volunteering here sucks. Pss: if they improve and get better at their management, and maybe being more clear about what they do have and what they dont, also local staff only speaks Vietnamese, so no translator no translation.

  When we arrived at check in it was obvious the sheets were dirty; stains and hairs all over the two beds. One of them looked like a pube near the pillow. Clearly an uncomfortable thing to see on your bed. One of the beds did not have any pillows. We brought the receptionist in to see this and requested pillows and new sheets for the beds. After an hour we asked reception again for this change, they told us the housekeepers were asleep and they would do it as soon as possible. another hour passes and we get pillows but the housekeepers simply rub the sheet with her hands and does not change the sheets? again we have to asked for new sheets on the bed. we leave to have dinner and tell them if they are not changed we will be requesting a refund. at dinner we get a text from the receptionist telling us the sheets are not dirty but simply stained from oil spills and such but ensured us they are clean sheets. We text back saying that while we understand this, the hairs combined with the stains make us feel like they are unclean and it was now 4 hours since our initial request and we want new sheets!!!! she replies and says of course we can do that. Needless to say we get back from dinner and the sheets are not changed. We know this because I took pictures of one stain under one of the pillows and the stain stayed the exact same. They simply came in and refolded the blanket at the end of the bed to make it look like they had change them. I’m so confused by this because it takes less than 5 minutes to change sheets on a bed. I’ve worked in reception and housekeeping before and can’t think of one reason why this request couldn’t have been completed unless they did not have any spare clean sheets, in which case that is not an accomodation i want to stay at?? Very confusing. We did get a full refund but no explanation because frankly there is none. Even if they were busy - which they were not because we hung around waiting for the sheets to be changed and no worker was doing anything - it does not take that long to put sheets in a bed. Extremely confusing and frankly rude to try and trick a guest into thinking you’ve changed something when you haven’t.
