  For us it was the perfect Hostel. Good value for money. Spacious room, very clean and a lot of restaurants nearby. The only thing is you have to communicate with google translate ;).

  We stayed here one night before move to Tam Coc, it was really good, the room had AC, fan, water and cattle. The family owner is really nice, they did laundry for us and you can also have meals in the hostel cause they have kitchen, we didn't have time to try it but the smell coming from it was amazing. I really recommend this hostel.

  Dong, the front desk guy, was very nice and welcoming with us. I suggest to stay here if you don't have high expectations for the accommodation and want to save some money. Prices for beers /water / soft drinks are very honest.

  Stayed here for one night and it was so nice! The ladies working at the front were so kind and welcoming. They had a laundry service that was quick and cheap. They also rented us bikes, it was cheaper and in better quality than any other bike rental we’ve had in Vietnam. The beds were soft and the pillows were nice. They had big lockers that you could keep your valuables in. Really enjoyed my stay!

  Nice place,Beautiful lobby area. Dorm is good, comfort beds, they have londry. Around small restaurans, ice cream & juice shops. nearby evening market selling foods, fruits are low prices. Old town is 800m distance 👍

  The homestay in general was very nice. They provide with white clean towel, sanitary stuff. The room is well equipped and there are curtains that you can use to make your space private and very dark. The bathroom is always clean. There are another service like bikes, laundry, food, bicycles. The location is quite good. You can find many local cafes and market nearby.I just found that the ladies that work there could more friendly and hospitable because they looked little bit awkward in the way I was asking them for a hand. Nevertheless, I’d come there again for this reasonable price.

  There is a super bright light in the foyer shining directly into the room. The whole wall is glass and The curtains are basically transparent so doesn't darken the room. They did switch off the light at 23:00 but if you want to go to bed early it's just headlights shining in your eyes. Also there is a lot of noise in the evening and morning so you can not sleep in either and get woken up by baby screaming and people laughing.

  I do not recommend this hotel! The staff are miserable and very unhelpful and they are also very noisy. The air-conditioning was terrible, very uncomfortable beds, the windows stopped no noise, and the room was not clean. I could not sleep because of the noise from the roosters from 2.30AM, even though i was wearing earplugs. They make you go and buy water if you want to use the kettle to make a drink.
