  Very basic room but excellent for the price. Great location. Had motorbikes for rent at a good price, although the bike was pretty old/shoddy. I had a late night bus from the city, so I checked out in the morning, and Yen was kind enough to let me store my bags all day and then shower before my bus ride which I really appreciated.

  Super comfy hotel! Rooms were sparkling clean, and the bed was so comfortable. AC worked great. The bathroom really stood out—it had way more modern fixtures than I'm used to seeing in Vietnam, which was a nice touch. The hostess was incredibly attentive and super helpful. Honestly, this might be the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam. Good breakfast too!

  The best place I have visited in Vietnam. The owner was so helpful and welcoming. I felt like I am visiting my own relative :) She suggested many places for us to visit, she also helped us with renting a scooter. The room / bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious, every day there were different fresh sweet fruit. I really hope to come back there one day :)

  We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. The private room and bathroom were nice. We also did laundry, hired bicycles and booked a sleeper bus through them. They also let us check in early for a small fee. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fine also. Great value for money and helpful host.

  We had a great stay at Khai Yen Homestay. We arrived at 3 AM and the wonderful hostess woke up to show us to our room. She showed us around the area and helped us book our bus. Very good price for breakfast and a room + bathroom. I would definitely recommend!!

  The room is pretty and neat. The host is also accomodating. We rent a bike for 100k per day. It’s also a 3min to 5 min walk to the bus stop, river and places to eat which is very convenient. They give free toiletries like shampoo, shower gel and toothbrushes. There’s also a place to hang clothes and a hair dryer and kettle. Overall it’s good.

  Place is super nice, its few meters from the main street and its very peaceful. Food was great and pretty basic, room was big and clean, same goes to its bathroom. The owner was very accommodating and nice and friendly too

  Stayed for one night could have comfortably stayed for more.||||Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, great bed. And though the shower head could do with polishing but really, nothing to complain other than that. It was a relaxing shower and the breakfast was great too. It is run by a beautiful family, Ms Yen speaks great English and extremely responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. BOOK IT WITH HER THROUGH WHATSAPP, you know how fees go for small businesses for them :) +84 94 763 00 62 ||||Location is fantastic also, I am so glad I chose to stay with them, when you rent a bike you get to everywhere you’d want to visit just 15min away. Roads are good too. Stay with them! ||||Thank you for Ms Yen’s husband for helping us caught up with the minivan to Hanoi that left without us at the departure point. Super nice family that respects space but is ready to interact, with well-behaved children.
