  We hired a scooter for a good price of 100k per day and he booked our transfer for us at a great price and was very helpful. We didn’t stay so can’t comment on the rooms.

  I stayed for three nights and it was amazing! The room is clean and bright and super quiet at night. Very chill vibes here in Tam Coc. Nam and his family are welcoming and supportive in introducing places to go and booking shuttle tickets.

  We didn't stay here but we rented bikes. All we needed was to send a message of our passport through WhatsApp. Super easy bike rental and the scooters were in great condition. We rented six bikes from them- all of them were in great condition. We also extended for a day and all we needed to do was send him a message. Exploring Ninh Bình this way was simple and enjoyable. We lost a bag on a night out around 4:00am, and before my friend even realised it was missing, the man we rented the scooter from contacted us at 10:00am with a photo of the bag. Everything was returned — phone, money, and motorbike key and all belongings intact. Absolutely unbelievable honesty. He personally took us to the police station, translated for us, waited with us, and even helped us get a charger. Incredibly kind and trustworthy — highly recommend. Close enough to the town center of Tam Coc

  Our sleeper bus arrived 2 hours early and with no where to go we found his sign saying call him anytime for a room and managed to get 3 beds for the night. Mr Nam was very kind and gave us a map with some great tips, we also had free breakfast which was great. The family who run the homestay are so lovely highly recommend! Great value for money

  We stay for a night in this place directly when we arrive we receive great hospitality And can take our room really early , we really enjoy our stay , room clean ,ac , everything than you need , the place is really close from everything you can as well rent motorbike and electric bike Thanks you so much

  Nam and his family are the best, they will help you for everything you need, don’t hesitate to book from him bus ticket for your next destination, they will be cheaper than what you can find yourself. We book a motorbike for 5 days after leaving the homestay, perfect condition, only 100k/day (can’t find better) Thank you for everything and happy Tet

  Perfect homestay in a great location in Tam Coc. Can rent bicycles and moped with them and do laundry too. Nam really looked after us- thank you!

  We are 2 girls from Germany and have booked for 2 nights. when we wanted to extend for 1 night it was without problems. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Guests can use the laundry service, rent scooters and bicycles, and book trips and transfers. The owners brought us on the day of departure even with the scooter to the bus. ||great service and family atmosphere!|The breakfast was also delicious
