  Such a lovely place, in the quiet close vicinity of Ninh Binh. Beautiful hotel, handled by a bunch of genuinely friendly staff, at the reception as well as at the restaurant (Chinh the bartender was so kind). The access to Ninh Binh center is easy by Grab or with the bicycles provided for free by the hotel. Rooms are just AMAZING! They all look like a VIP suite. Don't hesitate if you plan to book there ! Do it !

  I loved this hotel so much! everyone was sooo friendly and ready to help out, the rooms were amazing, spacious, clean, cool, the location conveniently allows you to see a lot of the sites. There are also relaxing activities and a nice complimentary breakfast. It was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to others.

  Amazing stay with lovely staff We had such a wonderful stay at Madison. The staff were lovely, super accommodating, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we felt so comfortable in both the room and the hotel. They also offer free bikes, which is a great bonus, although it was a bit too hot for us, so we rented their scooters instead. The scooters were very affordable and made getting around so easy. The team was also really helpful with our travel plans, giving advice on how to get to our next destination and helping us figure everything out. Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend it!

  I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are super friendly (especially Vanessa), they provide free bicycles to use and my friends staying elsewhere had to rent them. The rooms are clean and the AC is perfect but also adjustable. The breakfast is simple but delicious. I will come back again one day. Please note: the beds are on the softer end. It was perfect for me. The pool hours are shorter and it closes at 7:30pm It cost 15,600 to take a grab into town. (May 2026)

  This hotel is very well presented. Quiet and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free bikes are very useful. And the rooftop pool provides a wonderful way too cool off and relax after a day of activities.

  The rooms are a decent size and comfortable. What stood out the most was the excellent service throughout the hotel. Phạm at the reception was exceptional—always greeting us with a smile and helping with every query. They also kindly offered us an early check-in without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The lady at the restaurant (I unfortunately don’t remember her name) spoke good English, was very helpful, and always welcoming. Every staff member, including security, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams, was consistently polite, smiling, and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant. We also tried the spa, which was reasonably priced and offered good service—even when we requested a session as late as 9 PM Overall, a very comfortable stay with genuinely warm hospitality.

  Nice surprise of decorated room for our upcoming wedding anniversary. Rooms are nice although getting in & out of shower would be a challenge in this room (junior suite) for less agile . Nice pool to cool off . All the staff are very helpful & friendly especially front desk & at breakfast . We used Grab to get around mainly but also used the hotel bikes to go to buffalo cave & Hang Mua riding here is very easy don’t let the age of the bikes or the traffic stop you we had a great time & little effort a it’s all flat just go around hotel block to check bike brakes / tyres first & off you go

She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering local tips and genuine smiles that made us feel truly valued.Exploring on Two WheelsOne of the highlights of our trip was taking advantage of the hotel's bicycles. Pedaling through the city and out into the surrounding countryside is, in our opinion, the absolute best way to take in the sights. The bikes were well-maintained and allowed us the freedom to discover hidden pagodas and limestone karsts at our own pace.
