  Pullman is my favourite Accor brand, and this is the best Pullman I've ever stayed in - and it's not even close. And the benefits offered to me as an ALL Platinum are amongst the best I've ever received too. Booked on the morning of arrival, we arrived at the very impressive building that towers over the area, were greeted warmly and given an upgrade to a gorgeous suite. You know the kind of room when you can't stop giggling when you enter it because it's so great? It was that kind of room. Huge, beautifully appointed, freestanding bath and excellent shower, great balcony overlooking the temples and mountains. A lovely rooftop infinity pool plus two bigger more serious pools. The gym was very good for a hotel gym, where we could do a full 'push' upper body session. Platinum gave us lounge access with free soft drinks and coffees all day plus snacks and cocktails in the evening. And we had an evening train the next day and were given a free absurdly late checkout. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was extensive, though a little limited for vegetarians - no oat or almond or coconut milk, or veggie pho base - though the lovely hostess made us some special veggie fried rice with tamarind tofu that I'll remember for a while. In short, hugely recommended.

  Great hotel - just opened when we stayed over. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kai and Hien helping us in the lobby. The beautiful room had a great view and the food was very good as well. Our kids loved the kids play area.

  I spent 3 days at the hotel in a very nice and spacious room, and everything was perfect, especially the service. I recommend! Big thanks to Đức from the reception that helped me fast and gently a few times during the holiday! Hugo

  One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Room had a great view over the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a newer part of town, so required grabs to get around.

  it was a five star experience, but theres always room for improvement!! i wouldnt call it a minor issue since it kind of bothered me a lot during our stay but our room (or the entire place) seems to be dealing with somewhat of a rove beetles infestation? i saw a couple of them on my pillow on our first night here and brushed it off, but when my mom started noticing them too i started to think its more than just a lone incident. turns out there were 30+ or more of them just outside our balcony. (some of which may have gotten into the bathroom and borderline CLOGGED the drain!! either that or the drain itself is very slow lol who do i believe) staff was very quick to act and went to check immediately, afterwards there were still bugs but wayy less than what we saw before. if you ever see them in YOUR room rest assured you can always request a new room, as that is what the staff offerred to do for us. since this building IS fairly new (opened april of this year) i expect these issues to be resolved soon! besides that everything was lovely!!!!! the interior design was beautiful (the lobby omg and the uniform was BLUE!!!!! thats my favorite color) as expected from accor hotels, the hospitality was top notch and staffs were very attentive. our room came with breakfast, and i usually dont pay too much attention as most 5 star hotels offer the same-ish spread every time, but this locations selection was pretty damn good😭😭 i loved the creamy penne and roasted duck. the executive bar also had a nice dinner spread which was a nice change from all that exploring we did all morning, and of course it changes every day lol (their pastry game is kinda good too), the pools were satisfactory and i had a very good time swimming and messing around. theres four of them but i recommend the one on floor 6 (or 5 i forgot) if you wanna actually swim and not just play around. they also have amazing music depend on the time of the day🫣🫣🫣 deadass made me redownload shazam i was so impressed😭😭😭 I WOULD COME BACK HERE 100000% i loved it here so much!!!!!! just fix the bugs thingy lol

  Location of the Hotel is excellent, good places to view 360 of the Hotel, especially from the Roof bar & swimming pool. Interior, cleanliness and hospitality by the staff is quite pleasant…

  Arrived here late in the afternoon to this amazingly beautiful hotel. I was greeted by Camie at reception who checked me in and provided me with lots of ideas of what to do and where to go. 10* service Camie. The room I was allocated was wonderful, plenty of space, clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet is just amazing and to be seen to be believed, as is the canapé at the executive lounge. A great indoor and outdoor pool also.

  As this hotel is newly opened a detailed review is appropriate covering the good and the bad.||From my first interaction with the team at Pullman Ninh Binh via email they were helpful, kind and helpful ensuring the moment our feet touched the hotel we would feel like welcome and anticipated guests. ||The hotel is grand and you can feel this from the first time you see the pullman sign from distance as the building towers above the surrounding area. ||We were checked in on the ground floor rather than the executive lounge (we had a room with the executive lounge included) not the end of the world but from other hotels we have visited it made the check in experience a touch more luxurious. ||Our room was accompanied by breathtaking views of the surrounding area from the 23rd floor, every single possible detail had been thought of and the room meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival. ||Pillow/duvet menu on hand to tailor your comfort which was a great subtle touch. ||The toilet seat was heated and made you crave using the toilet as it was a true pleasure to use. ||We have a young child and needed milk in the evening which the guest relations team always sent up promptly with a smile helping us make every night team a smooth process. ||The lounge itself was a slick well organised occasion each day and definitely worth making time for. Fantastic food, cleanly presented and comfortable a great way to start the evening from 5:30pm until 7:30pm. ||The executive lounge team needs a seperate section and praise (Nhu, Phuong, van Anh, and Candy) truly understand how to make people feel special and are true assets to Pullman and deserve individual recognition. There was nothing that was ever to much trouble and cause for a moment of trouble. The team helped guarantee every possible need even if it wasn't their area or role to make sure our wishes were completed. If there was a reason to come back the team here would be enough of a reason. ||The breakfast in the hotel is vast and delicious, some questionable western dishes but I normally miss these anyway.||The restaurant on the ground floor we used for one night and it was brilliant. We ate like royalty as a group of 6 and the bill came to £90 or 3 million VND so very reasonable. ||The play area sucks if I'm being brutally honest but if you go out the front of the hotel there is a massive soft play which is 100k per person and open until around 10pm (go there instead)||The hotel is position in a very good location as Trang An (do the boat tour) is only a short trip away and so are the many Pagodas and other attractions. ||The old quarter is nice but very busy in the evening and if you don't want a hotpot you may be walking for a while to find something suitable. ||The rooftop views were nice but we didn't spend much time here. ||The gym was great and well maintained. ||Indoor pool was nice if you are hiding from the sun. ||The outdoor pool was good with a shallow section and a deeper section going up to around 1.6m with beds and towels always available. ||We checked out early at 6am so missed the breakfast (we were gutted about this) the executive lounge team spoke with the kitchen and prepared breakfast for us all which was done in true style and felt like a last luxury touch to our trip. ||Keep up the great work and if you've made it this far and were considering booking go ahead and do it. We have stayed as a family in many places around the world but Pullman Ninh Binh has to be one of the best out there.
