  Great hotel located down a quiet street in Tam Coc. Reception staff were friendly and provided a positive check in experience. The rooms are on the small side but are cosy and have everything you need. Bathroom was good and had a shower screen to stop the whole floor getting wet. Breakfast was pleasant and there were a range of items to choose from. We hired bikes from the hotel to explore the local area - they have lots to choose from.

  My parents and I stayed here and had a lovely experience. The hotel is in a great location, about a 5–7 minute walk from the busy part of town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars for dinner and drinks. There was lots going on, but the hotel is perfectly situated so you don’t hear any noise from the nightlife. We didn’t get around to using the pool as we were only there for a day and a half, but it looked lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the cleaners did a great job servicing our room each day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

  Tam Coc Orchid Hotel & Spa is an absolute gem tucked away in Ninh Bình. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth genuinely elevated the whole stay. The facilities are beautifully maintained, with a peaceful pool area perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed—everything you need without feeling overdone. And the breakfast? Honestly a standout. A generous spread with both local and Western options, all fresh and delicious—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had on this trip. One small note for fellow travellers: the poolside sunbeds can occasionally become the unofficial territory of overly enthusiastic guests (in our case, a particularly strategic German family who seemed to believe “reservation” extended indefinitely, regardless of actual presence). Not the hotel’s fault, just a gentle reminder to claim your spot with both towel and body. Overall, a fantastic stay—great value, wonderful people, and a place we’d happily return to.

  We spent 3 nights at the Orchid and it was a really nice place. I want to give a real thumbs up to Dora who works the desk. She seemed to be on duty every time we came back. She was always super pleasant and helpful. She gave local advice, and helped reset the internet in the room when it went down. Really great service! The room was very nice & clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The area was 1 block off the main road, so it was fairly quiet. They have a nice pool area and roof area to sit. The breakfast had a fair amount of options, including an omelet bar. That said, it was an average breakfast. Acceptable, but nothing to write home about. The nice room and great service makes this hotel definitely worth staying at.

  I had a wonderful stay at Tam Coc Orchid Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, with lush greenery throughout the property that gives it a really relaxing, boutique feel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the Tam Coc area. The location is excellent — everything in Tam Coc is within easy walking distance, including restaurants, cafes, and the boat tours. It made getting around incredibly convenient. What really stood out was the service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They were happy to assist with local recommendations and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Tam Coc. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

  Wonderful stay at Tam Coc Orchid Hotel & SPA! The hotel is very charming, clean, and perfectly located in Tam Coc. It is in a perfect position, slightly outside the busy center and away from the chaos, yet the center is easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A great place to stay to explore the area — highly recommended! 🌸

  Absolutely perfect location! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, and easy to access attractions on the bike. It made exploring the area so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!||The atmosphere in the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Everything was calm, cozy, and beautifully arranged. It made our stay truly special.||We were very impressed with the rooms. They were spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a fresh, relaxing feel. It truly felt like a home away from home.

They went above and beyond by helping us book tickets and giving useful Grab recommendations, which made getting around so much easier. The service was truly impressive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!
