  Overall rooms were great! But here are my recommendations. A place to rest personal shower items other than on the side of the bathtub. Also somewhere to hang a loofa or bath sponge would be nice. A rug or bath mat would be great too.

  A 4-star hotel that’s worth the price. The service is good, with full facilities including a spa and gym. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The views of either the city or the river are beautiful. The location is also very close to the Hoa Lu Ancient Town area. There is a breakfast buffet and bicycle rental available. Overall, a good stay.

  This hotel is beautiful but not central to anything. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. My only gripe is the king bed is 2 singles pushed together and you can feel the seams. It needs a thick bed topper to improve this. The television in the room is also very difficult to use. Many people in our group of 20 had difficulty using. Pool onsite needs some shade cover and a bar as you had to go downstairs to order a drink. The Spa was good for massages but no staff available for hair wash which was disappointing. The onsite restaurant food was very good and well priced. A comprehensive drinks menu was also available. But due to it's location I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again which is a shame.

  Looks impressive and nicely appointed but staff are not attentive or too few, housekeeping was ordinary, breakfast chaotic. They insisted our travelling companions stole a robe, which they didn't, but had to pay for. However, meals and drinks at the restaurant were nice and wait staff were lovely. Views from room were good, too.

  Hotel looked lovely but we checked in around 6pm and were told the pool closed at 7. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool and let them know this. We got in the room and head for the pool. At 6.30 we had staff hovering over us saying the pool is closing and stood there until we got out. We dried off and head back to our rooms well before 7pm. We head out for a while came back and asked to use the pool if we were very quiet-absolutely no care just no. They couldn’t get rid of us fast enough.

  This is an impressive looking hotel with a grand style foyer. The rooms are modern, very large ,a very comfortable king bed, with plenty of space for all luggage, it even has an area for writing. Our bathroom had an oversized shower with separate bath. There is a lovely rooftop pool, with seating for groups and the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious food choices as well as the usual egg station.

  Amazing hotel! The rooms, lobby (with welcome drinks), pool and spa facilities were amazing! By far the best in-room amenities out of all the hotels I stayed at during my time in Vietnam. The dinner restaurant is in the building adjacent to the actual hotel, whilst breakfast is served on level 3 so don't get confused :) I appreciated the free sauna vouchers to the spa, however the spa receptionist was not the most friendly or inviting unless you paid for an actual service. Which imo defeats the purpose of giving out free sauna vouchers in which if you have a positive sauna experience obviously that might inspire a guest to use an actual paid service. The hotel is about a 40000dong Grab ride away from the Old town
