  This hair spa is unmatched. We did normal hair wash expecting it to be a normal hair wash but they gave us a massage while washing that exceeded our expectations. We did this at 10:30pm. Our hair was so soft and shiny afterwards. Only concern is that the back of my shirt was a bit wet afterwards. Still a great experience would go back every day.

  The staff and overall experience is excellent! I got the full body massage and the entire time I was completely relaxed while they worked. The staff are very friendly and even joked with me during the massage, despite the language barrier. All in all, I highly recommend this place if you're in need for a relaxing evening.

  Everything was very relaxing, and Hanh Dung is an excellent massage therapist. I asked for a foot massage only from the ankles down, and it was truly spectacular. Thank you so much!

  Just got to Ninh Binh, had a long day touring with lots of walking. Passed by this massage parlor and didn't regret coming. Had the most relaxing foot massage. Felt the soreness easing away. The heated bed was awesome. Actually got more than a foot massage. A bit of face and arms done all include in the price. Really awesome place, go in if you here.

  My partner and I came and had full body massages 350:000VND. Very relaxed. Not a pressure massage. I came out smiling. Nice people! They could have washed my feet would be my one suggestion.

  I got the facial, she did a very good job however she pulled on my neck very hard it crunched and now is pinched. I’ve had past issues with my neck so this is nothing new. as a health professional I should have spoken up and told her to stop and to never pull the neck into full extension however it’s hard with the language barrier. She also charged for the hair wash facial combo because they don’t have an option for just a facial. Overall ok experience and the facial was good.

  We made appointment at 20:00, they kept us waiting for a long long time and they had all kind of excuses. In the same time, 4 Korean walked in, they got service right away. This is the worst experience I have ever had. My appointment was 20:00 we arrived at 20:02 So we have to wait about hours? And I made reservation "in person" , not by phone. You took 4 Korean guests in front of me. Now you said because I was late? When you asked me if I can wait for 15mins, it was 20:15 already. I left around 20:30, OK!!!!!!!
