  Great, quiet and calm home stay! The rooms were clean and all necessary things were offered. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good with fresh fruit, you can order additionally Coffee or tea. Really nice place with also great and affordable motor bike or bike rental.

  Me and my friend had a great stay here! We turned up very early in the morning and we're given towels to shower and breakfast before we were able to check in. We were given a map of all the best things to do in the area and scooters to rent for the 3 days. The beds were comfortable, rooms very clean and the whole family were so lovely. They booked our sleeper bus for our departure and dropped us off at the bus stop too. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back next time!

  We just stay one night but was pretty awesome, our room was super nice, has ac nice beds and it’s like in the middle of a beautiful garden, where you can listen the frogs singing. It’s a 7 minutes walk like to the “downtown” so fully recommended. Also the help us to book our next destination (the loop) and the buses and shuttles there gonna take us back to Hanoi. If you’re looking for a nice warming family to host you. This is your place. Thanks so much for everything. Bruno and Matias

  Really fantastic hostel away from the madness of central Cam Tot but also not too far away to be inconvenient. The hostel itself was beautiful and the family who owned it were wonderful, helpful, and very supportive. If you are looking for a non corporate and calm environment don't stay anywhere else.

  Gorgeous homestay hosted by the loveliest family. Really good breakfast included (passion fruit jam was amazing!). Bicycles to rent so getting into the centre of Tam Coc was so easy. The rooms are gorgeous with comfy beds. Nice to stay somewhere a bit quieter and out of the hustle and bustle of the town!

  Palm house is a beautiful and secluded stay that does not sacrifice accessibility to the town center. We had a great day on rented bikes (50k), walked to our favorite food spots in and around town, and never lacked for quiet night’s sleep. We were, though, subject to a booking error that forced us to stay one of our three nights at the owner’s sister’s hotel across the river and felt at almost every turn that our hosts weren’t quite available for us. Once we did arrive at Palm House for our remaining two nights, the front desk was usually empty, and when the town had a full-day power and water outage, we were not told. Despite having cleared our early checkout time the day before, our host only awoke to receive our keys and payment at the very minute we needed to be leaving to catch the train. It felt like a lovely, homey business in which we happened to be the rare customer left by the wayside. Breakfast was simple but tasty, the tour booking options were robust (including the private car to Cuc Phong, which after comparing options we’d recommend doing through the hotel), and the family was lively and sweet. For us, it just wasn’t a five star stay.

  We had an amazing stay here! Best homestay experience I’ve ever had. The family goes above and beyond to ensure you’re having a good time. The bungalow was clean and comfy, good hot water. The family makes coffee and breakfast every morning which was delicious. The two little boys who live here are adorable and so so friendly. They helped us rent a motorbike and gave us a good map of the area to find things to do during our stay. Overall it was such an amazing experience and I can’t recommend enough!
