  Despite its central location rooms are an entire building of the street and spacious, beautiful garden and super helpful friendly hosts. And huge double glazed window.

  Loved this stay! The room was quirky, spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety, especially considering it’s a homestay with a café and massages can also be arranged on site. Normally, that would already be more than enough for 5 stars—but what I appreciated most was the service. From start to the end, everything was done with a smile. The room was nicely cooled before check-in, breakfast was handled perfectly, and the owner went above and beyond to meet all our requests—even before we made them. I would definitely stay here again 🤍

  What a wonderful stay. The people were incredibly hospitable, and the home itself is beautiful. It has all the best entertainment nearby, yet is tucked away enough to feel like a tranquil escape. You could hear the karaoke bar, but it stopped at 10:30pm, so it wasn’t an issue. The included breakfast was great, and the coffee was unbelievably good, I was already looking forward to the next cup the morning after. There’s also a massage facility on-site, which is super convenient if you need one. And to top it all off, there were a brace of young cats to adore over. Plenty of local guidance is available if you need recommendations on where to go. Highly recommend :)

  Great budget accommodation on the main strip of Tam Cốc. Just a short walk to everything, and there's motorbike rental if you want it. The staff are a lovely family who can help you with any info or arrangements you may need. They have in-house cafe and massage/salon services, too. Thanks to Chung and family!

  Chung is a lovely person with the most beautiful homestay and cafe. The room was clean and well decorated. Chung and his lovely family made us feel very at home. His English is very good and he helped us out with anything we asked about. We had a choice of breakfast and drink from a large menu and everything was tasty and fresh. The cafe is beautiful and very green with plenty of plants, some very cute cats and a balcony viewing the main street of Tam Coc. The drinks are well priced with a lot of interesting options. Highly recommended! And we hope we get the chance to come back in the future!

  A very good bedroom with a beautiful bathroom. The reception was amazing with a lot of time dedicated to us and plenty of advices. The breakfast was also excellent. I recommend!

  Lovely 2 nights spent here with my friends. We were able to check in early as soon as the room was cleaned, as we arrived at 5am and the breakfast options were great and fresh. We were given fruit each morning which tasted yummy. The owner Chung and his wife were amazing and made sure we were well looked after. We used the massage facilities and nail bar which were convenient and great. The rooms were clean and the bedding smelt fresh. Located along the strip of restaurants and shops which was convenient but was quiet at night. Easy to go to different places and next door you can hire bicycles. The owner can help book buses and organise transport too! 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay again.

  i stayed in a basic bunk in a shared dorm. it was super cheap (5 dollars a night), clean and comfortable, and there was a space to lock away my belongings. one bathroom between 6 so no waiting for the toilet/shower! brilliant breakfast! staff were really kind, friendly, and helpful. they went out of their way to drop me at the bus pick up on my day of departure. bikes, scooters, and tours also available if you're interested. overall, calm and quiet place - lovely staff.
