  Stayed for 1 night and wish it was longer! Every member of staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Gorgeous grounds and room in a great location if you’re wanting to be surrounded by scenery. We used the complimentary bikes to explore the surrounding area and was exactly what we were looking for. Later when we wanted to head into town the front desk organized a scooter for us and tam coc is only 10-15 minutes away on the scooter with Tam coc boat ride (stunning) and plenty of restaurants. Was the perfect base for our 2 days/1 night in Ninh Binh.

  We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short walk or scooter ride away. The pool was excellent—clean, spacious, and a great place to relax after a day out. The food was also consistently delicious, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay.

  Great resort. Beautiful peaceful location. Room was excellent. But the best part os the staff. Friendly helpful and kind. A special thank you to Phuc from the front desk for his kindness and concern and support when my wife got food poisoning. My wife was touched by his kindness when he made her ginger tea.

  We have done a lot of travelling over the years, including through Southeast Asia. But this one is an absolute beauty! It’s really hard to find fault with anything here, although we were there during a heat wave which did limit our activities a tiny bit, and the pool was exceptionally warm! But there is really no other thing to take the slightest issue with. The rooms were outstanding, beautifully architecturally designed, the service was impeccable, and even the restaurant had some really nice local food as well as western food for those who prefer that. The fish Lavon was actually superb! They also had quite a reasonable if small selection of wine. Phuc (Sean), on the front desk, greeted us, gave us plenty of information in very good English, and spoke to us regularly, partly as a way of continuing to improve his English. Would have no hesitation in giving this our highest recommendation…

  This resort was amazing and is definitely one of the highlights of visiting northern Vietnam. Not only is the resort devoted beautifully but taking a bike ride around the area provides such a beautiful and intimate view of the mountains. If you’re looking for a quiet resort especially coming from the city rush of Hanoi. This is definitely the place to go to. I can’t forget to mention that the staff is also very nice! :)

  We had an exceptional stay at Tam Coc Center Luxury Hotel & Villa in Ninh Binh! We stayed from March 10–12 as a group of three Americans; my wife and I in one room, and my sister in another, and everything about our experience exceeded expectations. The hotel staff were truly excellent…warm, attentive and always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, just across the street from the lake and the market, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local atmosphere. We stayed in rooms facing the street, but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet they were. We couldn’t hear any outside noise at all, which made for a very restful stay. Breakfast each morning was superb, with a great selection of delicious options to start the day. Overall, this hotel delivered on every level. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Tam Coc Center Luxury Hotel & Villa to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!

  A highlight of my vietnam trip! Tam coc retreat has amazing gardens and a private quiet setting overlooking limestone karsts. The rooms are private and well designed. The staff are a delight. Really enjoyed the food. The staff went out of their way to ensure i could have safe gluten free food (as i have coeliac). Highly recommend.

  This place is a little haven away from the busyness of Tam Coc village. You feel peaceful immediately upon entering. Whilst it is out of the main tourist hub it is easily and cheaply accessible by 'Grab' transport. |Able to hire e-bikes cheaply or borrow a regular bike. |Staff were wonderful.|The lush grounds created hidden pockets for privacy. The pool area was lovely. |Room were gorgeous. |Breakfast plentiful and good choices on offer. |Would
