  We stayed here for 11 nights and had a very comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again! Hosts: extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Very warm and attentive people. Breakfast: delicious and fresh. Services: can rent bikes, have laundry done, book tours and transport. Very convenient. Bungalow: very cosy and clean, the bed has a comfortable mattress. The room has a mini fridge, electric kettle, hot water and AC. There is a cute small garden (with a big pomelo tree!) where you can sit. You can also buy drinks from the hosts. Price: decent price for the value.

  The most lovely people you will ever meet. The hosts are kind, generous and are always smiling. The room was clean spacious and the beds were comfy. I could not recommend this homestay enough. The included breakfast was simple but very nice, a great way to start the day. A great location with access to a lot of the tourist attractions and far enough off the Main Street it is peaceful. Loved our stay here

  We had an amazing stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family from the start. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Truly a warm and authentic experience — we would definitely come back!

  Me and my girlfriend stayed at this Homestay for 4 nights and we already miss it. It’s owned by a lovely welcoming family who are more than happy to help with anything you need and are always smiling. I would wake up in the morning early and the owner would be up already ready to make you breakfast ( the pancakes are amazing!) and then I’d go through and sit with him and his family for half an hour laughing and talking (through google translate as I’m Scottish and my accent can be hard). We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in ninh binh- there’s also a really good pool/billiards hall 2 minutes up the street. They are currently renovating to make the Homestay have 10+ extra rooms but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. They also have a cute dog which is always a plus :). They provide plenty of services as well including a family meal and laundry if you need + bus tickets and tours. 10/10 said I would be back when we come back to Vietnam to see the family again. We also rented a moped from them at a reasonable price + bicycles too.

  I would like to thank Anh for her welcome and her kindness. As her homestay was fully booked, she gave me a room to her sister hotel at Delluna. I had initially booked 4 nights and upon my arrival, I didn’t connect with the city vibes. So I decided to go into nature and change for another homestay. Anh agreed kindly to cancel the booking and she only charged me for the night I spent there. I’m really grateful as she made sure I would have the best experience even after I left, as they drove me to the city center. The location is perfect and the staff very friendly and kind. Thank you Anh

  The place is nice and rooms are nice and the hosts were very nice and super helpful. But there’s construction work going on in the premises, I would have really appreciated to know about it beforehand while booking online because the noise was coming into the rooms and I could smell wood and fevicol in the rooms as well. Not knowing about it made it a bit of hassle as I had to find a new place the last minute.

  They are expanding so next door is a building site, which is only separated by bamboo screens. There is rubble in the pool, dust is everywhere (they do their best to clean up). The room was very clean though. The garden courtyard is spoiled by plastic cleaning products in most pots. The bikes are old and borderline dangerous, you can get better in town for the same price. Breakfast was poor compared to other places I've stayed in Vietnam. Other reviewers don't seem bothered by these things, but you can get better for the same price eg the Elizabeth Hotel. To the owner,I'm sorry to criticize your home, I do it to help others.

  Left early after 2 days, would of gone sooner but moving places would have disrupted the holiday. They are building right next door so there is dust and rubble around (in pool and courtyard which is not nice to sit in because of all the plastic bottles around). Breakfast and bicycles were poor. The room was clean and nice looking though. Host was friendly when we were there but left a nasty response to my review on the Booking website I used so I thought I would share my experience more widely.
