  Amazing laundry service!! They did an incredible job with my shoes, they came in filthy and now look brand new! They even offered me water and a small Christmas gift, which was super thoughtful! Highly recommend!

  Amazing laundry service! The clothes came back smelling so nice, neatly folded and ironed. We also got our shoes cleaned, and they came back looking brand new - and they were very muddy after trekking in Sapa! She did such a great job with everything. On top of that we got a free water and a Vietnam pouch as a gift. And to make it even better, she was so thoughtful - when I asked her where she bought her pen, she ended up giving my friend and I one pen each, because she had many. Such a kind gesture! Thank you for such a wonderful service!

  Washed clothes were folded and packed neatly in a bag. Ms. Hai, the lady boss, was warm and welcoming. While her rates are the same as many others in town, it is her hospitality that stands out. She offered us bottles of water every time we passed by. Also gave us tea, cookies and even a cute little pouch to my wife. To Ms Hai's daughter: sorry for accidentally photo bombing your selfie. All the best for your studies :D P.S: for those who are concerned, the clothes are weighed Infront of you. It's an honest family business :)

  I received the laundry I took to the laundry in the morning in the evening. Clean, smelling nice and well folded and packaged. The lady was always smiling. The price was 30,000vnd / kg and she also accepted an order of only 2 kg.

  Outstanding. I was about to buy a new pair of shoes but Hai revived them so beautifully I am ecstatic. Excellent fast service and a cold bottle of water which is just such a lovely gesture! Look no further if you’re in the area, this is your woman!! *before and after of my sneakers posted
