  The best laundromat experience one can have. Machines are new, the clothes come out smelling fresh, and dried perfectly. The lady who works there is really kind and helpful. The price is also super cheap compared to all the other places in Ninh Binh. Loved the service, highly recommended :)

  Great service, the lady running the place was such good help. She helped us fold and bag our clothes up which was just so kind and our washing came out smelling amazing which we don’t often get with a lot of laundry places.

  Had a lovely experience here the lady helped us from start to finish use the machines and got our washing done. She even took our washing out of the dryer once complete and folded it all for us which was appreciated. They also have a little convenience store attached to the shop which helps if you want water and snacks. Plus a kitten which was cute.

  I used Lotus Wash Laundry twice during my stay, and I am beyond impressed. I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this is one of the best laundries I have ever come across. Here is why I recommend them: Amazing Staff: Even though it’s a self-service laundry, there is a lady on-site who is incredibly helpful. She guides you through everything and makes the process so easy. Honest & Attentive: During my first visit, I accidentally left a sock behind. To my surprise, the lady had found it and kept it safe for me until I returned! Great Communication: They have excellent contact through Zalo, which is very convenient for travelers. Perfect Results: My clothes came out perfectly clean, smelling fresh, and fully dried—ready to be packed right away. I am very satisfied with my experience here. If you are looking for a reliable, clean, and friendly laundry service, look no further. Highly recommended!🥰🌸❤️

  Best choice for Travellers who need to wash their cloths. Cheap price. Fast and clean. There are many languages for the instructions. You can ask the owner support the process and you can comeback later. No need to wait for long time.

  Very nice self-service laundry. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. The owner was incredibly friendly and even brought me fresh fruit and water while I was waiting. She also folded my laundry, which was a really nice surprise. Fair prices and great service. Highly recommended
